The only thing I got from the 3 day free pass was rest from my regular schedule because there's simply no way to get a set in with how many people and how little equipment there is

Dirty and old, staff not friendly. People leave the weights all over the place, there is paper towel all over the floor.

They would not even let me in cuz I didn't have a proof of vaccination. Are you serious? People are gone crazy with this covid @hit, especially in liberal states. Zero stars for Alameda County.

Great staff! Fix the shower by the pool??? No class people rinse off their sweat in the pool??? Go back to super sport, I'll pay the upgrade for a better class of clientel !!!

ÅbSoůlutely appreciate this 24hr fitness in El Cerrito after the Berkeley gym shutdown. Affordable fees and friendly staff plus a steam room, spa, swimming pool. The TRX straps for mý rehabilitation was the greatest feeling of joyful serenitý. Definitely LOVE the other aspects of the gym and waiting patiently for assistance from a trainer with a background in martial arts plus kinetics like kinesiology in sports, etc. 🐯💯🐯 Åmen❣🌞❣ Ůniversalize≈Fitness 💫❤🖤💜OneLove💜🖤❤

It's a 24 hour fitness. It gets crowded. Best to go weird times (lunch, afternoon, weekends), in which case it's not too crowded, equipment is good quality and clean, and staff are very friendly.

Friendly and pleasant staff, horribly managed. There has been excessive mold in the showers for months. This is a health risk for all members.

Love the gym..back room needs attention ..more cleaning..staff on their phones a lot. Update..I came in with a friend to use the pool..I asked for a pass..this guy Earl.. started asking if I had a buddy pass and I said it their first time..this went in and I said they have never been here before.well this guy goes off the charts..I'm stunned ask his name as ask for someone else to help us..he goes into he's the gen manager..I swear he's on speed..he couldn't stop pacing.. I'll post his picture..stay away..
