This gym in Dublin California asked me to leave a review. Here goes: for the past 3 years I have been trying to get my membership canceled, but these crooks keep charging my bank account. I have contacted them many times, but the never actually cancel and stop billing. I once had a membership at the San Ramon gym, but they shut that one down in 2020 and finally stopped billing me. I moved out of California and now live 2500 miles away. A year later, all of a sudden I’m getting debits out of my bank account and when I called, they said they automatically enrolled me in a new gym in Dublin and started taking payments out of my account. I cannot get them to stop. DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE. The only way to get them to stop ripping you off is to file a lawsuit and sue for damages.

This gym is awful, honestly the worst I went there 5 days in a row and I didn't get to workout peacefully on any of them bunch of highschool kids acting like elementary students running around the gym throwing medicine balls at each other hiding weights and hogging machines by sitting on them chatting and let's not forget the staff, as well a bunch of kids with no adult supervision using machines and boxing equipment on the clock this place is a joke save yourself a headache and go else where !

Great gym, great people. Make sure to hire a trainer when you start, you won’t regret it!

very clean and breathtaking gym, out of the 5 i’ve been to around alameda county this is the newest most elegant one. employees are always welcoming and the trainers were very diligent in their field of work. sebastian the manager is also a friendly, amiable man with a very well professional-business-like temperament. if i didn’t move states i’d still continue my membership here.

This place closed temporarily due to covid, during which time I was moving out of state. Called numerous times and left several messages to call me back and/or cancel my membership so that I would not be charged because there is no other way to cancel aside from physically walking into their building. They never bothered returning any calls or messages and instead ended up continually charging my account time and time again and I had to jump through hoops with a third party company in order to get my account cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous and by far the worst experience I have had with a gym.

I had it with this gym. Gym itself is okay, it doesn't have shower and only one sink works in the bathroom but that's not the problem I have with them. The staff is full of little kids know nothing about being professional or customer service. I see people just walking in all the time without membership. At that point, make it free for everybody.Their staff do whatever they want, they will take your equipment, or your space while you’re working out. I don't understand how the staff and their friends take priority over the member who us paying for membership.I think it’s very ridiculous for members to wait for employees to finish his workouts while their on the clock.This location feels very much a High school hang out. I wish they have age limit and few adults as a workers.I would not recommend this gym at all.

Very crowded and unclean

Enjoy my experience, but would like to see more stretch equipment if possible

COVID-19 prone area don’t go there. They don’t have any precautions and no sanitary wipes or sanitizer.

No showers…how does Fit 19 not have showers for a gym?!
