Fitness 19, located in Dublin Plaza Center, offers a comprehensive gym experience with an array of machines, friendly staff, and a clean environment. Members often commend the gym for its cleanliness, wide variety of equipment, and supportive trainers. The gym operates with flexible hours, catering to early risers and late-night fitness enthusiasts.
However, despite these positives, some customers report difficulties with membership cancellation and billing issues. The gym also seems to attract a younger crowd, turning it into a high school hangout at times, which might not appeal to everyone. Despite these downsides, many still find Fitness 19 a valuable place for their workout routine.

If you sign up I hope you are planning on being a member for life. I moved 2 years ago and am still being charged. I have talked to managers, called every number they gave me, emailed, received confirmations/apologies/guarantees of resolution and am continuing to be charged $19.99 a month as well as the $39.99 yearly fee.

I've been trying to cancel my membership since the gyms all closed from COVID and have been getting nothing but the run around!1/16/22 update! They continue to charge me $22.99 every month even though I went into the gym and they actually took my membership card almost 2 years ago! So far they owe me 11 months of $22.99 fraudulent charges for a total of $252.89 and counting!1. Multiple trips to the gym to cancel my membership and get my money back.2. Tons of phone calls.3. Told to email corporate. What does it take to cancel my membership and get my money back?!? I haven't been into their gym since 2019!This place is terrible! I wish I could give it less than 1 star!

I’ve not attended this gym in well over two years, since the pandemic. I haven’t lived near this gym for just as long. I’ve tried cancelling my membership, calling, emailing, anything I can to not be charged but I’ve remained a member without my consent. I was a member of fitness 19 in San ramon and they put my membership on hold when Covid first shut everything down. They then closed the San Ramon location and never sent me a notice of moving my membership to Dublin. Ever. I realized months later when I got the annual charge. It has now been two years.I live in Colorado and can’t get myself in person to cancel and they make it incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone who can do anything.

This gym would be great if it also wasn’t a high school hang out. Too many kids hanging out at the weight machines. Wish they had an age limit. Some gyms have it and it’s great. For the kids who actually work out, thank you, but have lots of kids using the place as a hang out. Sadly they won’t do anything cause they probably pay to hang out or their parents pay and the business prefers profit over customer satisfaction.
