They closed without any notification to customers. The manager said they are not going to close now and I took annual fees from us.

They never informed me they were opened back and they started charging me for membership. When I called for refund since they never notified me, they said sorry they don't do refunds. How can I give them negative star?

I love this gym!! Everything is super nice, pretty new and clean! Bummed that they are going to close due to Covid but I will be back when they reopen, for sure.

Opened back up without notification and immediately charged me 65$+ for annual fee and monthly dues. Called asking for refund as they provided no communication nor information about the fees and re-openings. Their call center (contracted to ABC Financial) threatened to send me to collections. Unprofessional and rude.

I'm comparing this to the Pleasanton (3 stars) and Livermore (4 stars) locations. The Dublin one is the newest location in the TriValley area. It has stayed clean, even the locker rooms. The parking spots are decent. There are so many group classes to choose from. The instructors are nice and very encouraging. I like how the rooms have fans and AC.
