This is a WONDERFUL STUDIO with fantastic instructors and a friendly wonderful staff. The studio is so clean and well cared for and each class is different, well prepared and professional.

I attended Cassandra Ortegas Yoga sound bath class, it was truly one of the most amazing healing yoga classes I've ever done!!Her energy is just as amazing she is truly a beautifully multi gifted healer!!

Interesting experience. Have never done restorative yoga before, and it was pretty relaxing. Sometimes my legs fell asleep lol. The ambiance was nice (there were candles) and the teacher, Cynthia, knew what she was doing. The parking lot is a little tight.
