I like this gym and the atmosphere, really I do, but this place is way too busy to have so much equipment, NOT working or out of service. Please fix your broken equipment!

Devin was great at showing us what we could do there and got us signed up on the spot. Great building, looks like a good set up, haven’t yet used it but definitely excited too!!

If you go later at night on the weekends the cleaning supplies are out so there is no cleaning machines after use.The sleds are trashed and garbage.Cable fly machines have been broken for well over a month.If equipment goes down its down for a long time.This gym is already packed can't wait to see what it looks like after new years. Cheers.

Been with this location since they opened. Don't expect anything aside from being open 24/7 and have a variety of machines for a good workout, never tried training sessions so I won't speak to that. That's about all they have going for it. ALL EMPLOYEES consistently do nothing to keep it maintained, they walk over any trash on the floor, equipment stays broken for weeks. Bathrooms are always dirty, toilet paper and seat covers always out. Bench area have dust clumps around the floor, spray bottles to clean equipment is frequently out and paper towel dispensers usually are out as well. It's a 24 gym so it's gonna get used and feel like a gym but man at least make an effort maintaining it.June 2022, responded to a survey with all the known issues and on June 30. Received an email from the "District Operation Manager" and she acknowledged the issues stating she was taking immediate action with the leadership team. Fast forward, 1 week (July 3) the place shut down because they were out of toilet paper AGAIN..not sure why since there's a wholesale store they can buy emergency toilet paper but instead they leave tissue paper and people use that and paper towels but the toilets were back flowing sewage.May 2023 survey again. Since nothing has improved told them the same. Got a call and spoke with experience director who sounded sincere. Said he was headed to the place with a few other higher Ups. Got a followup which was nice about the changes there were making. Got seat covers from another store since they were out. Looking forward to the changes he asked for a week for improvements.

Front desk people deserve 0 stars. Very unprofessional and very rude. I was going to sign up for a membership but the so called manager or whatever his face is ruin it for me. I went there 04/15/23 in the morning. You guys do need to hired better people and get some better service in the front desk

Been going for a little over a month. I had zero experience so I decided to get a personal trainer. Andy, my pt, has been helping me become a version of me I didn’t think was possible. Bro is like a good friend that wants to see you succeed. I’ve learned so much that will help me forever.

I have been going to this gym for a year and Andy K has been the best trainer in the whole company. I have many years of experience in weightlifting, professional sports and subsequently have many injuries that Andy has been able to assist me in modifying specific workouts to improve my mobility, strength and endurance.

Customer service is great!! Mariah helped me get set up and was absolutely amazing! Everybody is nice and the gym is beautiful. Totally recommend

I love EōS but mostly the T-ville eos ! I live in Bountiful and would still choose this one ! I love seeing my favorite worker Lia! She makes my day when I see her cute smile at the gym :) she is always happy and is the cutest :)

One of the best gym in town, great staff and was amazingly clean. I didn’t have a membership but thanks to this great young lady Alyssa she was able to convince me to get one.
