This is for EOS as a whole. I think it’s ridiculous that as members we are unable to change our billing information that is on file and to make a payment online unless we come inside to a facility to do so.VASA has that feature and it is great.

Mariah helped me out. She was really friendly, and clear with how the memberships work alongside the pricing for the memberships. Really great employee!

I have had an amazing experience here, all of the team members are so nice and make the best use of their time. Lia T helped me get started and I have had such an amazing time !

After being told the A/C was fixed I tried today to see if this was true. It’s not, it’s currently humid and hot as usual with 1 whole fan on. My membership will be done after the month, I’ve had it with working out in a Sauna

The fitness coaches are great, at least the one I talked to. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and when I went back a couple days later to ask a question, he was happy to help.The equipment is well maintained, the facility is clean and inviting, and the men's room is clean, without the smell of so many other places.The free, 1 hour session with a trainer at a competitor (V) turned into a 1 hour sales pitch, while the trainer at EOS was helpful and friendly.Edit: I've been going there for quite a while and my opinion of the place is still very positive. Yes, equipment does fail, just like anywhere else, but they repair it soon, typically by the next time I visit. I've been to several gyms in the area and EOS is without question, the best.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve asked 4-5 times about the A/C, this place stays extremely hot and uncomfortable, I will be switching gyms entirely because of this and their refusal to turn any sort of A/C on. They won’t even turn the ceiling fans on and it’s now middle of summer. Find a different location or gym all together 👎

Good atmosphere. Everyone minds their own business, plenty of equipment didn't have to wait for any of the machines I use. Always had a good experience with eos.

They ask you to pay for a fee when you start so that you don't have any strings attached to cancel anytime, then when you go to cancel you suscription they say they need yo send it to EVALUATE, and if they accept it they will charge one more month as cancelation policy! And they don't show that anywhere in the contract. That is abusive of your personal information and your bank automatic withdrawal.

I’ve been going here for a year , everyone that works here is very nice & helpful ! Their child care services is great 👍 only downside is their bathrooms don’t seem to get clean at any time. Other than that I still recommend friends to switch to EOS …

First time trying this gym today. I went at peak hours and it was busy (as expected for peak hours) but not insane; I was still able to use all the equipment I wanted, so that’s promising for non-peak hours. Quality equipment, and lots of it
