Great gym,I love the location ,plus the sup shack out in the parking lot is great u can get ur shakes or pre work outs before and after.very convenient since I'm in my work truck and can't go make my own drink at home..

Been coming here for over a year. I’m happy I left vasa because of them not being 24/7 and equipment always broken. Even though this place is always busy, you can still always find something open to use and I love that. My only complaint is the care for the restrooms and the sauna. The same toilet seat has been broken for a while and many times just easy clean up stuff that can be done. I watch staff always walking in and out but not really help with keeping its up keep, again it's not bad but it is noticeable. Unlike vasa who really don’t care and it's obvious hygiene is not important to them , here is a little bit better. With that said when the staff does walk in they don’t monitor the sauna by walking by to see. If the kind people that like to cover up the thermostat that helps keep it running from being covered up and then correcting it. So, it’s not broken. Again I love the gym but it’s the small things that makes it better and safe not just for the customer but for the owners of the gym.

Had a billing issue, Cameron as well as the other managers were able to get it taken care of in only a day. Very responsive and helpful. No complaints on my end.

Great place to work out friendly staff and a good selection of beverages for all gym ranges. The equipment are good just very packed and people just miss use equipment and some steal parts such as the carabiners for rope machines staff trys to replace them quickly otherwise great place to work out

Membership going on 2 years now. Nothing but good things. Affordable membership. Truly 24/7. Welcoming staff.Taylorsville location has awesome massage chairs in the recovery room.And Kylie is so helpful!!

I am giving 1 star for the fact that this is the only gym by me that is truly 24/7. I’ll give another star to the guys that work the night shift. They are super friendly, they recognize regulars and say hi. The one time I had issues with my account they helped me out and had it fixed super fast.I took away a star because a lot of the other gym goers… not the best. I think because it is right next to the high school there are a lot of kids that go there. They don’t always put back weights and they hardly ever clean their machines. I’ve finished a 30min arm work out on a bench and the two kids next to me did touch a single weight. They just were on their phone the whole time. That’s really annoying when others are waiting to use the bench. The other day I saw a tissue with blood on it that someone just left on the machine. That’s a health hazard red flag if I ever saw one. People really need to learn to clean up after themselves.I took another star because unless you get there at midnight, the gym is pretty much always busy.I took the last star because I think they need more than one guy working at night. The woman’s bathroom is always dirty and gross. I think if they had a female working nights they could go sweep up the bathrooms a bit.There is also this huge bubble on the floor near the free weights. I forget about it every time, but then I trip on it. I am just weight for the moment I trip with weights in my hands and end up hurt.

Padding for equipment is rarely replaced when it gets torn, machines are constantly broken, and the men’s locker room is just a mess. There are broken locker doors and garbage all over because there isn’t a garbage can.

They have the worst customer service. In trying to resolve a billing dispute they've give me the run around, refused to return phone calls, hang up and will not allow you to speak with a manager. They are purposely taking advantage of a disabled customer. Disgusting behavior by everyone at this location.

Great customer service. I’m visiting for a week and they made getting access to the gym super easy. Awesome staff.
