Just started training here and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The coaches are super nice, do a thorough job showing you moves and then helping you work through them. I’ve decided to sign up for full training and I’m stoked! The studio is large and clean, great location, and lots of options for when and how you want to attend classes.

The atmosphere is super welcoming. I signed up for a free week and immediately felt treated like I was a regular. The technical instruction was good with clear direction and very practical advice. But the training was so beneficial. Everyone looks out for everyone’s development. People I had never met were showing me how to do different things. It was a great experience!Duayne is great! He is serious, but not like some martial artists you might think of. He creates a warm atmosphere where people feel free asking questions all the time. Great instructor.

I started training here, along with my two little boys, last week! We are truly loving our training. We didn't just join a gym, our family just got bigger.

Excellent place to train!!! Professor Duayne and Professor Bruno have excellent communication and technique execution. Direct, fundamental, humble and professional. I would recommend for parents to bring their kids here to teach patience, discipline, and structure. Great place to start your BJJ journey!!!

Great instructors and a great team. GB Sandy is a great school for beginners, and likewise the more experienced as well. The school is new and exceptionally clean and well layed out. Duayne and Bruno are great people, and are more than genuinely interested in the betterment of all of the GBS Team. There are many great established schools here in the Salt Lake Valley, and this one is on its way to being one of them. You should give Duayne, Bruno and the GBS Team a visit, as visitors are treated very kindly and with the utmost respect.
