I really appreciate how helpful and hospitable Nellie is at Sandy. And also how great Krystle Tanner was at Millcreek.Keeping in mind that the best employees don't always have to be the hardest climbers, is important. It's all about communication and caring for your clientele. Our family appreciates experiencing the extra that these employees bring! Nellie is always busy cleaning and sterilizing if she is not helping someone. I notice that every visit, and it's top notch!I would love to see more yoga classes return to the schedule.

This place is an amazing substitute for outdoor climbing or just practicing.

Momentum has one of the best atmospheres and the culture here is by far the best I've come across in any 'gym' I've gone to. The staff is always very helpful and kind, and every single person I've met here has been welcoming and supportive and it's easy to make friends here. I love to climb, but momentum is also family at this point, and I wouldn't want to climb anywhere else. (update 6/4/21) -still one of the best places to be. Always a friendly group of people there and the climbers themselves are wonderful. Great routes and fun to just be there.

Signed my 9 year old up for a week long climbing camp. He came home the first day and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun he had and how cool the coaches were. Every day for a week he came back excited and pumped about the day and couldn’t wait to go back the next day. Thank you to the Momentum coaches for making this such an awesome experience for my son.

The staff was very helpful. We took the intro class for complete beginners and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and patient with us while we learned. We had a fun time climbing with our friends here and will definitely be coming back!

First time climbing in about 20 years. Staff was patient and understanding as we learned "the ropes" (ha!). Faculty was clean and everyone was wearing masks. Also took a good class from Danielle right before climbing. She was amazing and I think it helped me stretch into some deeper holds.

I'm very happy rock climbing here. The people are always super friendly, most give advice (beta) and hype you up, and you can sleep easily make friends. The co-workers too.I only had one bad experience with Ryan, I taught my friends how to belay and all to pass the test, they struggled a little bit, and Ryan instead of helping them out a bit just lost his patience, took away our ropes in the test and walked away saying "your lives are on your hands". Couldve been kinder about it is all, maybe he had a bad day, but I really appreciate everyone else who is friendly and clearly loves rock climbing with a passion! Great place, I've made many friends, and I've only been coming for 4 weeks(Take the 2 week free trial if you can, you can use it twice, and it's the price of a day pass)

This place was pretty fun! We went her for a day and had a blast. It really tests your upper body strength 😅 the staff is awesome and if your a first timer you have to watch a video that tells you some tips on how to land and stuff. Don't forget to sign a waiver when you're new! But, for first timers we still got to climb and people are there is you need to ask question :)

My friend and I camer here totally unprepared and just wanting to try and climb, and the staff were some of the most friendly and helpful I've ever met. I have some experience belaying before, but the staff member was so kind and helped refresh my memory and made sure everything was safe and I was doing it correctly. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back
