Loved Arielle, loved her music choices, different than many other OTF's I go to since I travel a lot for work. The gym was nice and clean.

Beware of cancellation policy. They will snag you for an additional month (or two).I went in person two months before my 6month contract was to expire and I requested that it be cancelled. Since I was moving out of state to a city that had an OT gym. I agreed to finish out the remaining two months of my contract as a loyal member...but was informed that I wouldn’t be charged after that point. No one mentioned or provided the “cancellation form” that members are contractually obligated to sign no sooner or later than 30 days. (Which is not in the consumers best interest) I had no clue about this form but sure enough it’s in the fine print that no one understands until it’s used against them. Even so, I should have been given this form at the time I went in.On top of all this, I happened to have a complete loss of income during my membership, which made maintaining it really problematic for me. So naturally being distraught to see another $89 come out I called about the mistake and to let them know that I really really needed it refunded.Only then did they “inform” me about this cancellation form and the requirements. It was as if my struggles made them feel all the more entitled to charging me an additional month and refusing to refund it.An additional month of a specialty gym membership is not appropriate use of my $89 when I have mouths to feed. I still need this refunded. But at the end of the day business is always business, and gyms are notorious for screwing you over in the end. Which sucks because I was totally happy with them and probably would have returned in the future once back on my feet but not after they have treated me so disrespectfully in this situation.PS The heart rate monitors are also pricey, I had to purchase a second one after loosing one in my move. So in all I gave this gym over $600 in 6 months only to feel robbed and mistreated in the end. Sad day.

Great workouts! Like having a personal coach. Coaches modify workout if you have special needs and there are modifications for different fitness levels. One hour gets you a full body workout.

I love that the workouts are fun and never the same. I also love that every workout is led by a coach and they do a great job of encouraging everyone to push themselves. I always push myself to work harder during a workout at Orangetheory.

There’s nothing like an Orangetheory workout! I started as someone who had never exercised in my life! I just completed my 17th month and I’ve never felt better or stronger. I love it even more than my first day. Orangetheory has truly changed my life!

I love Orange Theory! 🧡 The workouts are always changing, the coaches push you but also help you adapt any exercise to fit your fitness level, and the family atmosphere is amazing! It’s the best “gym” experience I have ever had! …
