I love that the workouts are different every time and focus on balance strength, endurance and power. I also love the atmosphere that Orange Theory creates. The music, lighting, well maintained equipment, the excellent coaching and even the number of fans to move and cool the air all create an atmosphere that is motivating and help me push myself harder than I can on my own.

Love this gym! I go every Friday morning and it's a great start to my day + my weekend to come! The exercises are always different and a surprise, which I love. I always feel sore the next day after a workout and I like the level of competition in the classes with myself to keep on pushing! Since I always go the same day/time I always get Arielle as an instructor and I just love her! If you're looking for a good, fun workout that you will leave knowing you killed it, OTF is the place to be.

been to quite a few locations around the country and the sandy location by far has the best trainers and staff. fun atmosphere and you work up quite a sweat

I love every bit ot the sweat, pain, and work that goes into transforming my body from an old tired 62 year old to a energized, fit, and fun Grampa of 15 and a 52 year old body! Can I legally make that claim?

Workouts are different each day, work at your own pace or compete with the person next to you or on the "scoreboard ". The technology used for scheduling , performance, history, etc is easy to use.

Awesome workout in 1 hour!!!! You don’t have to spend hours at the gym and you don’t have to think about what you are going to do at the gym either. Awesome coaches and front desk peps

It's always changing. You never get bored with the exercises! The instructors are enthusiastic, encouraging and helpful. Orange Theory makes it fun to workout!

Challenging, I can watch my body and how it is responding to the physical effort to make sure I am maximizing my workout, and the time just flies by! The atmosphere is great and I would not push myself as hard as I did in the class without that trainer in my ear!!

I love orange theory! I have been going for about 3 months so far and I love the results I’m getting! I love that I haven’t done the same workout twice and they offer options for everyone! I reccomend it to everyone!
