Nice gym and still is that. Took away one star because the music selection has gotten worse and worse to where it's loud noise. Sometimes it's hard to concentrate because the music is blaring so loud and totally tasteless.

Nice gym, but the steam room , sauna, and bathrooms are always dirty. I am not sure when they clean them or how long until they clean them, but wow, I now have to wear saddles to go into any of those areas. They really need to star cleaning things more.

Love the staff!! Love the equipment!! BUT the bathroom and locker room are very dirty and smelly. I have never seen evidence that it has been cleaned and I have never smelled detergents to indicate that someone mopped the floors. It makes me wonder about the hygiene in the sauna and pool. Still, I love the gym. I would like to give it 3 1/2 stars but can’t figure out how to enter a 1/2 star. Maybe I should give it 4 stars.

Great experience, wonderful staff! Overall the wide variety of equipment and activities to partake in are great ways to both get fit and have a good time!

Employees are rude. Not friendly. Never clean, even during a worldwide pandemic. Close early always. Turn off TV's wayyy before closing. Turn off lights on you twenty minutes before they close so you can't even finish your workout in the light. Update. Water dispenser still broken. Staff now is a bit nicer however.

This GyM is a literal scam from the extra hidden fees to the personal training. I paid for over 16 sessions and they only gave me 7 and 4efused to give me the other ones. They will charge you randomly with out notice.

“You get what you pay for”Since it’s new years, I feel like a fantastic New Year’s resolution for vasa would be 1) don’t be afraid to tidy up throughout the day as it turns out it’s super hard for some folks to put weights back where they got them from 2) feel free to print less “out of order signs” and reinvest that printer ink money in to actually fixing things 3) re-evaluate your hours … look how many people are in the gym at 3 on a Sunday and think… “maybe closing at 4 isn’t a great idea”Other then the above, it’s a decently stocked and semi-clean affordable gym option. Emphasis on affordable as it seems to be the route they are embracing.

Firstly, if I get an automated reply to this review, that just goes to show the lack of care this company has. “Can’t find you in our system… one of our staff will reach out… BLAH BLAH BLAH” I don’t think I have one positive thing I can say about Vasa, minus the location. I used to go in the morning, and would shower before work… however quit using the locker rooms after time and time again it looked like Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory had leaked into the showers. Shouldn’t the facilities be cleansed first thing in the morning and then several times throughout the day? But don’t you worry, Chad and Brad at the front desk are seeing how many times they can bounce their racquet ball off the wall. Not a care in the world. I also used to play basketball there a handful of times, until I realized that their hoops were missing several key bolts… 4/6 were missing that was holding the backboard up… not safe! Imagine goin up for a nice layup just to be met by a 300 lb backboard raining down on you. I never saw any of these issues get addressed the 2 years I went there… save yourself the headache and hit Eos a block away. I hope to see Vasa go under and a new company come in and manage the gym how a gym should be managed. Because I know for sure they have the money to do it, considering how much money people pay in “fees” and “cancellations”, not to mention the monthly membership rates. Horrible company, horrible staff/work ethic, toxic environment.

I signed up for 6 months of personal training and completed it. However, since then, I have been billed over $1,000 for personal training sessions that have never been used & I was never aware of. I don’t know how they didn’t contact me or about this & didn’t set me up with a new trainer since my last trainer left after finishing our sessions. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had trying to resolve this. I’ve called and emailed vasa support, but no one has reached out. It’s been over a week.

Great place to train. Machines give explanations. Van location has a hot tub and sauna. The (one) free personal training was informative, insightful, and motivating. Get in there, piece of cake.
