This place was kind of run down a year ago, leaking pipes and moldy sheetrock in the shower area, old equipment. But they have invested in a lot of new equipment and done some remodeling and added some additional studio areas. I think it is one of the nicer VASA facilities now.

This Vasa gym is ok it doesn’t live up to the hype. It’s not worth your money.1. Other gyms around my location has so many new equipments and is so much better compared to Vasa.2. The women’s locker/ bathroom is so dirty with not enough toilet paper and not to mention they Don’t even provide seat covers ( eww)3. Workout equipments are so old and not enough for majority of the people.4. I’ve seen so many people leave this gym for EOS and tbh I don’t blame them EOS has so many new machines/ equipment compared to VASA and they just opened up imagine what kind of new things they’ll get in couple of months.*IN conclusion, VASA needs to step before they lose all of their royal clients. They need to provide clean water & WATER FILTER, new equipments, clean bathroom w/ enough toilet paper and TOILET SEAT COVER.

Just started going to yoga in the evening, great teachers and spacious facility, loved the experience! Wish their kidcare was until 8:30pm instead of 8pm so I could come to 7:30pm yoga more often, or yoga time was at 7pm instead.Update! Cancelling my membership! Yoga is now not included in my membership. Now it’s a “Prime” class. Went to try it out to see if it’s worth upgrading, it’s the worst Yoga I’ve ever been on. Did six poses in one hour.

When I tried a few pass with this gym, I loved it and they just let me do my thing and view it for myself. I was going to choose another gym but when I can in they were trying to sell me the whole time and I didn’t get to work out for my full time like I wanted. So I chose Vasa because they didn’t harass me trying to get me to join. I had a good experience with the free trail.

My gym in Sandy Ut is really awesome. I love the classes, especially the yoga & palates.I would suggest that the company get a team in to do some deep cleaning every quarter or so. There are some visually filthy spots on the floors and the sauna needs a good going over too. There are missing and broken mirrors and the sinks in the bathrooms could use new components and a good deep clean as well.Overall, it a good place to work out and I'm so excited for the renovations to be completed.8 months later, the gym is in excellent shape, I'm eager to get there to get my workout in. The updates made are remarkable. Thank you Vasa

The employees were pretty great except one of the trainers. After signing up and trying classes, a week into it I realize the gym was way too over crowded and unclean for the amount I was paying. Also the yoga classes were not as traditional as I would like. I tried a free session with a trainer who was nice the whole way through until I didn’t want to pay extra for continued training. I actually wanted to cancel my membership and she suggested I just freeze my account for 3 months at an $15 price until the renovations were done to the building. She informed me that if I still wanted to cancel I would pay a $25 cancellation fee and that my account would NOT rack up anymore fees. LIES. I ended up with $154 balance when I checked my account. And it didn’t even added up or make sense to what they were claiming to charge me for. Not to mention I signed up in January when my first month was supposed to be free. They should better educate their employees of what people are signing up for. And clearly pay them more.

Slightly above average gym I guess. I've been in gyms all over the country traveling for work. This gym is one of the most neglected gyms I've been to in regards to dust, dirt, cleaning, etc. Example- there was the same piece of gum on the floor for a few months. The only reason it got cleaned up is because of the remodel, they ripped up that piece of the floor.Speaking of the remodel. The gym was definitely better before the remodel all that it needed was new equipment and/or better maintenance of the equipment. Why are there so many ellipticals. People walk in every single time I'm there looking all around for an open treadmill that also works. Hard to find in this gym so what do they decide to do... add a bunch of elipticals. Nice. Also, who put the track for the sleds in the middle of the busiest walkway in the gym. That seems like an absolutely foolish idea. It would probably be less in the way if you put the track out in the parking lot.

It is a nice place, spacious, clean and with enough machines to exercise the body. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you.
