Absolutely disgusting. Facility is always dirty. Toilets are clogged and gross. Almost never there is soap in dispensers. Gym is VERY OVERCROWDED. Be prepared to alter your workouts drastically, because equipment will not be available. Equipment is always broken. Everything is missing. This location also has a huge theft problem. My locker was broken into. I've witnessed cars been broken into on the parking lot as well. This place is trash. Can't wait for a competitor to open its doors for the new facility so I can never return here.

Love that they now offer aqua fitness classes at night for those of us who work during the day. The instructors for the aqua fitness classes are the ONLY reason I'm giving it any stars. Wish there was a pool only membership. Also need to look at how they schedule the classes. I hate to complain because I'm glad they have the classes, but from a fitness viewpoint, it would make more sense to have the two classes spaced a day apart rather than a Tuesday -Wednesday only option.

I travel and experience gyms all over the country. I like this gym for its quantity of quality machines. They do lack some smaller, lighter barbells. That should be addressed. I've asked about clocks with them. They definitely need more clocks around the gym. I personally unplug and do not carry a phone. They are looking into it. That's a plus. I'll update on that. The gym is mostly clean with just a few machines that are broken. The sanitation stations are not usually full. And you have to walk around to find one. This is more than covid precaution. It's just courtesy to wipe off your sweat.The bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly. And better. I should not find the same trash in the corner of the men's shower 2 days later. And the smell in there says more frequent sanitization is necessary. And the men's toilets are often filthy with no paper products. Some urinals repeatedly don't flush. If they don't want to replace the electronic flush, then go to the handle. You're supposed to be washing your hands anyway. The cost though is great. The place has a price point you just can't beat. But it's the new year and it is busy. So that goes hand in hand. I can't comment on personal training. But just watching one trainer... he actually stayed with and paid attending to the client. I have often found this not to be the case for in house trainers. So yeah. The bathroom needs improvement. But the price is good. If revoked this location definitely.

The filthiest gym for sure! Only 30% of the cardio equipment works, outside on the floor and inside the cinema.The women’s bathroom has so many sanitation sanctions that I’m surprised they have not been shut down. Flooded toilets that remain like that for days, used female personal hygiene products on the floor visible to anyone who uses the bathroom, at times there were only 2 stalls (out of 4) that were somewhat usable, clogged toilets with feces that would remain like that for days (I know because I was a daily gym user).Canceled my membership two days ago. Only convenience about this gym is that it was a 3 min drive from my home.Not worth it though. I got a membership to a gym that is a bit farther but the facilities are clean, machines are new and stuff is knowledgeable.

Been coming here for 3+ years. When I first started coming here it was well taken care of and nice. Now seems like there are ways too many people. Half the cardio machines don’t work at all and the other half have problems and don’t work properly. You would think with the amount of money they are taking in they could afford some maintenance. I will be switching gyms.

I hate having to do this review but its getting out of hand. As pointed out quite a few machines break are in need of maintenance. I have even kept Wd40 on hand as some of the bars for adjustment are so corroded they need to be lubed to adjust them in the first place.The second is of late the mens locker room has had at best guess bored teens clog the toilets in the stalls for enjoyment? I don't even see an hourly log regarding when it was last checked unless its somewhere else if someone could point it out(But if they lie does it matter?)Having to leave and cut a workout short because of that when my time is already pretty much booked is a big issue to me in the long run and really needs to be addressed.

They’re doing a huge remodel here, but they’re not putting tanning in at this location. I have two locations within ten minutes of where I live, but I have to drive 20 minutes to get to a location with tanning. Otherwise, I like this gym. They could get rid of the store in the front that I’ve literally never seen anyone set foot in and put the tanning there … but no.

Nice large gym, usually pretty busy unless you go early or late. Would be 5 stars bit the always seem to have a lot of broken equipment. But most get fixed fast with the exception of treadmills. Also being open 24 hours would be nice.

This gym is really nice. They have rooms for classes on the sides. The weight area is in the middle. There is a sauna and pool. The treadmills and exercise bikes are kept up and function well. Great gym to come to and has so many options for working out!

Terrible customer service, many of the people that work there are rude and don't seem to care much. Machines are broken and overall not very clean. Now they are remodeling, which in theory would be good, but without sealing off the remodel area properly and the dust and dirt in the air is creating a very unhealthful workout environment. I brought the issue to the attention of management and they couldn't be bothered. I cancelled my membership.
