Honestly don't care about customer service the point is for you to work out! Good gym to go to! :)

I didn't even go there I called to see if there was a 2 day pass to try out the gym because I was REALLY interested and heard a lot about it , but when I call the sant Ana location to talk to someone , I talked to the most unprofessional unconvincing human being I have ever spoken to in my entire life . Not switching just because of him .

There's a great environment, helpful stuff and clean restrooms as well, i been working out for one year and I love that gym! :)

I really like the gym but some of the staff do not seem very friendly at all. I was a little disappointed. I highly recommend some customer service training.

I also dont care about customer service im there to do my thing which is work out and get fit I like the fact that it offers many opportunities for instance the blackcard in which I can take anyone I want to work out and its very economic and a personal trainer with no extra charge which is great thank u planet fitness for everything u offer

I've been working out here for about 3.5 months and don't have any complaints so far. Cleaner than the other brand I was using before. Always good parking too. Staff has been helpful when I needed it, and Adam helped me get started when I first came.

for the most part, this gym is clean and nice. its always packed though, its not their fault but you have to wait for someone to finish with the machines. The only complaint I have is the fact that there's a rule about phone use and the staff does nothing to reinforce it. I'll be standing near a machine waiting for a dude to finish updating his status, snapchatting, or taking pictures of himself so I can start using it. One other thing is that they hardly ever have paper towels available to wipe down the machines. Every time I go I have to notify the staff about it. I should just bring my own paper towels..

I have been a member for about five weeks. I really like this gym. It is clean, huge, has at least two t three of the same machines, so I never have to wait (which has always been my experience at other gyms and it is annoying), no time limits on machines, and best of all, parking is not an issue. I personally think the customer service is pretty good, I always get a greeting when I come in, if a large amount of people come in at once, they check you in extremely fast, and they always say good bye when you leave, and there are tootsie rolls to take on your way out. I love this place, I only wish they had more locations in Newport Costa Mesa / OC AREA

I like the gym. The staff are not great. They mostly talk to each other.

If I could rate this no stars I would. I have had many bad customer service experiences and only keep coming due to the location being right off the 22 freeway. The manager is always giving attitude to customers and employees, and some employees just stand behind the counter doing nothing while you stand there waiting. Monday-Thursday prepare to wait at least 30 minutes to use 99% of the machines. No pools/sauna/ not even a WEIGH SCALE. Now I know why membership is only 10 bucks, what a joke. Needs to clean house in staff ASAP
