First off the gym is nice place to work out but customer service is just plain horrible. They never greet they're customers, all they do is stand there and gossip. They don't know what they are doing in regards to transferring my membership to this location. They barely notified me that I have an outstanding balance of 180 and I've been working out in that gym for three months even though my membership has been paid in full. So I had to go back to my old gym just to clear up this issue. It's obvious that the employees of Santa Ana should be replaced for people who actually know how to run a gym.
