Hey owner can you tell your manager Robert to fix your business. He gets paid no? Took him I don't know how long to fix the hand dryer in the mens restrooms. Its a hand dryer not some quantum physics.. its not that hard! Today 8-3-2023 the drinking fountain doesn't work, when is it gonna be fixed? And yes I asked the nice employee but apparently your manager doesn't comunícate to them anything. I think your manager doesn't care about your place of business. Hire someone else. Hire a real grown up stop hiring this kids.

There always seems to be an issue with the handicapped shower with the water pressure going down drastically when other people are using the restrooms or the faucets out in the sink area or the other showers.. We have to drive quite a distance to go to the ones that have limited issues with water pressure and didn't succumb to the stupid time changes that most of them did because not being 24 hours anymore is a real bummer so that sucks but that's how it is at almost every single planet fitness that we've been too except the one on La Palma that 1 was really decent but also they need to upgrade their shower heads and hoses because they're a little bit on the cheap side And when it comes to cleanliness they've really kind of let themselves go there's always a ton of hair on the ground in the girl's locker room and in the restrooms I understand we lose a lot of hair but I don't think I've ever once seen them actually sweeping the entire locker room and restroom and shower area they usually just run a mop over the ground to make it look like they've cleaned and that's it.. The one time I saw the guys cleaning the women's locker rooms they did a better job than any of the women I've ever seen clean the locker rooms. But that being said..it could be a lot lot worse. so their policies could possibly use some upgrading as well but all in all it's pretty decent for the price that you pay Or at least leave some of the cleaning products out so people who do want to clean the a shower out before they use it can do so without having to bring their own stuff in because it's a real hassle to do that but customer service is always really nice everybody always says hi when you come in and bye when you leave.

It’s a wonderful gym to be at. The gym community is very chill and welcoming, it always seems like when someone loses something many people return it to the lobby.

I left this place disappointed, the leg press machine needed to be lubricated and I asked Kim if she could lubricate it and she told me that the right person was vacuuming and that she was going to tell the person my request, 20 minutes passed and no one came to On my way out I saw the person who was helping someone in front I told Kim that no one came and she told me that the person was busy only one person works there. “suggestion should everyone know how to lubricante the machines” so they have less time to talk and better help the customer

This gym facility was filled with an assortment of people predominantly young members. While checking out the gym to see if it would be a fit for me. I immediately started to recognize an overcrowded facility. Both younger males and females could be seen gathering around the machines as if it was a social club. Multiple individuals could be seen with cell phones in their hands going through social media posts. This facility was overcrowded with high school-aged kids that seem to have no respect for anyone trying to work out. I would highly recommend this gym facility start to train management and keep the machines regulatory accessible for everyone. Most people that go to the gym have a set time and this would not be achievable with these younger kids holding over machines. The restrooms were also in need of some maintenance. The staff was friendly. most of the equipment was in good working order.

I'm glad this planet fitness decided to keep there doors open 24 hoursSpecially for the people who love coming to the gym at night 🌙 💪Me and my gf love coming to gym at night its better and we like our privacy, is not so busy like in the afternoons or evenings .So thank you for keeping your doors open more money for this planet fitness not like the others whos decided not to have 24 hours to bad for them haha

Great overall gym location, have a variety of machines. Would have wished that they had more benches instead of ellipticals and treadmills.. The maintenance workers are hardworking but just beware the front desk folk never usually say hi or bye, which is uncomfortable when you're signing in and go daily. I also recommend bringing your own sanitation wipes, if you want to keep your gym looking nice and clean, since paper towels are usually empty.. overall great atmosphere recommend
