Very friendly and clean gym to workout at.l like the everybody's welcome atmosphere been to a lot of gyms in my lifetime this one I would recommend.

I have been to this location several times before and today I had to talk to MARISOL who has the worst customer service!! Instead of trying to help a customer out she stands there looking at the computer bitting her nails no eye contact and with a bad attitude!! I'm cancelling my membership because they tell you it's 1. to start then 3 days later they charge you the full monthly amount. Rude customer service.

From out of town visiting different sites to find the one for me. First one first time was greeted coming and leaving. Facility looked clean to me. I didn’t inspect the place but just from an overall once over I would recommend to work out and tan here.

I recently moved to Orange and had cancelled my black card membership at my previous gym but it was still valid until the next billing cycle started. I had been a black card member for a year. I visited a nearby Planet Fitness to see their facilities with no issues. Since there were several Planet Fitnesses in the area, I wanted to see which was the best one to sign up with. Well, when I got to this location and scanned my card, they said it was denied and I couldn't go in. I explained it should still be valid and I just wanted to walk around to check out the equipment and facilities. Nope. They still wouldn't let me in. Needless to say, I decided not to join this gym. The 1 star is for customer service. I have no idea how the facility and equipment are because I didn't get a chance to see.

Not as clean or nice as the other OC locations I've been to (the one at Irvine District is my usual gym). It's smaller than most, a little crowded, and it didnt feel too safe. It's in a fairly sketchy area with signs that warn about not leaving your valuables. The locker area is smaller than most, and they don't provide shower gel (first PF I've ever seen that didn't). And not that it's the gym's fault, obviously they can't discriminate, but there were one or two homeless guys that had were clearly there only for the shower.

The staff is super nice here! (I went around 5:30pm on Thursday) I was having a bad day, but their customer service turned it around for me! Which is funny because you don't really expect customer service when going to a gym.Only reason why It's not five stars is because the facility can use a makeover.

The worst planet fitness I have ever visited. This one doesn't even honor the same black card perks as other planet fitness locations. On top of that look at the photo, it's so much of a problem with trash in the urinals; there is a sign and trash can. Above the urinals it says "no trash in the urinals". There isn't even a changing room in the men's locker room. By far and away the cheapest, dirtiest, and lowest quality planet fitness in LA. It's like this planet fitness was an illegal franchise and hasn't been caught yet. I'm sure there are dozens of things I missed and it gets worse.

Nice staff. Plenty of machines. Black card member so I get use of tan beds, massage chairs and massage beds. Well worth the membership price. Been a member since 2012. Not buff, but sure am tanned and relaxed😜 …

I love the employees they always say hi and make you feel welcomed 😊 mostly the dude that works grave yards i dont know his name but he has glasses :) …

I enjoy going to this gym i go in the early am.Ivan has great customer service he always greets everyone with a smile answers any questions you might have the gym looks nice when he works planet fitness should be proud to have him as a employee
