The reception woman Mahima sent me and my wife back coz we were 3-4 mins late for our class !!This MONTICELLO branch of Orange Theory needs a reality check n a rude awakening for what they consider good customer service.Pick ANY OTHER BRANCH in the area ya’ll except for this one !!!I would like to see receipts of when they have never been late for stuff in their life !!

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE at this branch of OrangeTheory Monticello !!TAYLOR was the woman at the reception who I spoke to.She didn’t allow me to take the class since I wasn’t exactly 30mins there present before the class. And this was not even a free class. I Paid for it.I drove 25mins to get to this branch and was 5 mins late and it took me at least 5mins to find parking and walk to the studio.She spent a good 10mins telling me why I couldn’t take the class but didn’t try, didn’t even try to use that same time to perhaps get me rolled in for class.I did not come Alone. We were a group of 5 friends who were going to attend the Monticello branch for OrangeTheory.If you are a fan of OrangeTheory, please pick any other studio around the area rather than this one.A studio where you go to exercise is supposed to make you feel happy after your work week not get you question why you chose that studio in the first place.

I was hoping to start my new work out routine at OrangeTheory today. Before I commit, I thought let me try a class first. They mentioned arriving 30 min before class, I arrived 5 min late and then spent another 5 finding parking. But lady at the counter did not allow me to take my first class since I didn’t arrive exactly 30 min before class. I tried explaining that I have taken other fitness classes, but nope, she asked me to come back another day. Pretty terrible customer service when each client is likely bringing potentially thousands of dollars to your business.

Terrible customer service at this location. I called to cancel my membership, the staff just told me I need to be charged for another 30 day and that’s it. However I still see my card is charged till today so I called them, then I realized I can only cancel if I call my home studio so no one actually went in and cancel my membership. It’s very bizarre that the staff here can be unprofessional to this level. No one told me that at the Monticello location.

Worst otf manager ever. I have been part of otf from last 2 and half years. I have attended otf in more in 15 states and this one is the worst for sure. Please don’t join this otf. There are better otf around this area.

I am a member at an OTF in the East Bay where the membership is only $10 less than South Bay pricing. I'm on a family plan so I kept my membership at my home studio and started going to the Monticello studio over a month ago because I moved. After over a month of going to this studio and never being surcharged, they decided to start surcharging me $10 PER CLASS, over a $10 discrepancy in monthly membership pricing. They didn’t even send me an invoice for one of them so I didn’t know that I had been charged. I understand that this is OTF policy, but it wasn't an issue until they decided to make it one. I really liked the coaches at this studio but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be returning here.

Had a terrible experience at this location. The stuff were unaccommodating, told me they couldn’t let me in even though I arrived 10 minutes BEFORE the start, due to inability to find parking.
