I have been a member for 6 months. All the coaches are really great (Conor, George, Darien). The coaches create a safe and motivating environment. The ladies at the front are kind and friendly. The workout programs push you but are enjoyable at the same time.Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of issues with the OT wristband and had a negative experience dealing with staff to rectify it. This experience made me feel not valued or respected as a customer. I will probably give it one more month before I decide to continue or cancel my membership.

I wanted to upgrade to unlimited classes. It makes sense to charge the offset and upgrade immediately. But I’m allowed in the middle of my current plan. Which is very stupid policy.

It was good initially but I feel they don’t really care for their customers in the long term. Partly the reason I’m leaving. They made a mistake on their end for charging me for their unlimited month instead of the 8 classes I requested. The front desk accepted the error and told me the process of refunding the incorrect amount. They never processed it, and the after consistently reminding, the manager said ‘oh you never told us’. However, they apologized and cleared up the matter so updating my rating
