Yeah, I think it’s a fine OTF. Just book in advance, people!

Over booked and unprofessional. The classes are filled for weeks in advance. It’s obvious they over sold memberships upon opening. Literally a waste of money, you can’t actually book any classes. Avoid this studio at all costs. They are not responsive for constructive criticism and are rather rude when trying to give feedback or cancelling your membership.

So upset about OTF. Was late in 5 min and was not allowed to enter even tough available spots. Was making so much effort get to this class. I will cancel my membership due to this and don’t want to hear about OT again.

I had written a negative review of this studio because it is so tiny in comparison to other OTF's, and b/c it's rather hard to book a session. I wanted to write a new review. It is still very very tiny. That can't change. And I find that a bit annoying. The a/c also just doesn't seem to work as well in this studio as compared to other ones, so I won't work out here in the summer unless it's first thing in the morning, say 7am. That said, the staff is really really really nice, and i think that deserves stars. And it also seems that I get in off the waitlist most of the time. So that is good. I still think it's small, and I still think they need better a/c and more wipes containers inside so everyone is not lining up at one station to get wipes, and they need a water dispenser in the lobby so you can be ready to go when they let you in.But let's be clear, OTF workouts are really the best!

Small studio. Some of the staff are wacky. Everyone is nice. Equipment is brand-new.

Just posting because the reviews here aren't reflective of the studio and I feel bad for 'em.I had issues getting in when I first signed up then realized I couldn't just book it when I felt like it but had to plan my workouts (which, is a good thing). Never had an issue getting a class after that. Even if I'm #11 in a queue people start dropping real quick the day before and I've always gotten in. A lot of people just max out their bookings and then drop the class they don't want to attend the night before, seems to be standard practice at all OTFs. Play the game or sit on the outside looking in but don't complain because you don't understand - the queue system is accomplishing exactly what it's supposed to.Lot of these people also not mentioning the 'overbooked' part is because any OT member can go to any OT location, I'm sure a lot of people are going to this one now as well even though their registered location is elsewhere. I'm not sure what the studio manager is supposed to address? "business is too good, what a great location we picked!" The reason they weren't doing 3G's was because they weren't on the global workout plan as it was a new location and needed the members to be 'spun up' before hitting the gas.Space is adequately fine, never had any issues working out on the tread, rower or floor. Never had an issue with the staff either, always been super friendly and fun. Even let me store my motorcycle gear in their back office sometimes when all the lockers are full. Do I want more space? Yes. Have I ever had to modify my workout based on space constraints? No.I've also been a few minutes late and seen other people a few minutes late and I've always gotten in, not sure what this 'one second late' complaint is, never happened. Just get there before the warmup is over or just ya know...be there on time and not worry about it.

This studio is great! The front desk employees are super friendly and learn your name surprisingly fast. The equipment is brand new which is a nice plus as well. The instructors are all fantastic too. They pay attention and have good music. I especially love Jackie. You can tell she's a teacher outside of orangetheory because it translates to her classes. She's so patient and entertaining in the studio. I'm normally a little cranky when I workout in general, and she manages to always put a smile on my face!As for the classes being full....as a member for two years all I can say is welcome to orangetheory (frankly welcome to California). It's like that everywhere in the Bay Area. Plan your workouts and call ahead to get on the waitlist if it's not your home studio. You'll get in!

Not sure about other reviews, but I’ve had positive experiences here! Studio is clean and a little on the smaller side, but did not detract from my workout! Classes can book up, just like any other studio at peak times/popular coaches, so plan ahead, but not a reason to avoid the studio.

Stay away from this OTF studio!Beware! You need to book at least 2 weeks ahead to get into a session! I tried to talk to the studio manager about this concern multiple times, for which she replied that they have 600 members (more than double of the capacity, 24 persons per session X 10 classes per day). The studio manager is not even receptive to these concerns. The only reply is the promise that they are going to start 3g classes( no proper timeline, just like how late the studio opening was after months of postponement) or to go to some other studio! This attitude is really shocking. Paying $190 and competing with others to get into a session is not what is expected!
