Love the location, staff are friendly and responsive...easy to find parking, grab an açaí bowl after or a fresh juice. Awesome coaches, coach Darrien and Keenan are my fav’s- keep us sweating and working hard, while they play some dope tunes!

I tried out an introductory workout and it was great. The workout kept me interested and motivated through the well-structured variety of exercises, and the focus on my heart rate really kept me engaged by visualizing my progress and achievement. I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to working out and this gym seems to be my best chance to overcome that.

So I applied for a position, however I am not able to do a phone interview within their offered times because I have a job and can not afford to take time off just for a phone interview. So I asked Jake, can you hold a phone interview outside of my work hours. He simply said No I can't do that. Well ok then guess you guys have zero flexibility. Got it cool and will not support a business like this.

It was a great experience overall. However, customer service has room for improvement. This gym is not evolved to texting clients when they've made it off the waitlist (In a timely manner) like most gyms. Also, they don't have a parking lot, parking is a short walk away but can be the reason you're 1 minute late and they won't let you in the class but will quickly charge you $12. Some trainers are more energetic and motivating than others but that's everywhere you go. When front desk staff gets more experience they will be better.
