Best sinks for shaving.. but there are no benches for your change of clothes.. and showers are lukewarm.. the opposite of Planet Fitness

I live in Lompoc. FORMER IN SHAPE CLIENTS IN LOMPOC are getting charged $21.99 a month starting April 2021. I got charged 4 months in a row but I got my money back from the bank. IN SHAPE transferred Lompoc members to Santa Maria. Stealing money. Get your money back.

We attend usually 3x per week. Older folks. Like the resistance machines. Put less wear and tear on us. All other equipment available. Clean. Friendly staff. Not too tough on our pocketbook.

I like that I can go when I want. Go do what I need to do, without being bugged !I feel great while I'm there, can't stop smiling. Feel great after going....plus proud of myself !! Thank you In-ShapeI definitely miss the key fob though, as I hate taking my phone in with me.

This place has Covid written all over it. I went to workout and only saw two cleaning bottles with dirty rags that were soaking wet. There are no hand sanitatisers to be seen and nobody wipes their machines down. Machines were dirty with sweat marks all over. Staff is inattentive and seem unprofessional. A good place to get sick for sure. Not sure how they're even open

I used to go to the lompoc facility. They automatically transferred me over to Santa maria. I CANCELLED my membership and they still charged me when I haven't even stepped foot in that facility once. This company literally just aims to rip people off. I would never recommend inshape to ANYONE. There are way better gyms out there and this one is a waste of money. They don't even care about customer satisfaction.

The cleanliness of the whole place. The upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly staff members. The extra room with the squat racks, deadlift platforms, and Olympic lifting. I love how the free weight dumbbells' rack go way past 100lbs. Also the concentration curl machine on the second floor circuit area be hitting different. The extra rooms where bodybuilders can practice their posing routine. The good balance of free weights and machines. The wide variety of machines available for every muscle group, the gym is a great place for any fitness training lifestyle.
