I’ve had training sessions with Jennifer. Before I started seeing her I had very limited mobility in my shoulder, numbness and tingling for 12 years. After only a month with her I have complete mobility, the numbness is gone and I have no pain. For the first time in 12 YEARS. She is a lifesaver 15/10 would recommend.

I go there daily since their reopening. They try very hard to keep the place as clean as possible. The employees are very courteous and professional and the attendees follow mask wearing protocol. I am sure it hasn't been easy in a large facility as this

Been a member for a long time. Sadly the quality of this place keeps falling, and I'm not sure how much longer I'll stay.Machines are often broken or under repair. The men's restroom always has a lack of tp, or handtowels. And hygiene throughout the facility is.. pretty subpar.

I like the gym and location but i wish they did a better job at keeping it clean. The equipment is always broken. I hope they can start cleaning up better and working on the equipment. People there are awesome though great environment.

First and foremost, this gym has awesome staff! The value in a gym in not what equipment they have or fancy resources they offer, but the staff that runs it. Getting “in shape” is easy when you have the motivation and the energy the staff feeds you. Waking into these doors, I was greeted by the most energetic and polite front desk staff member, Summer Daze. I thought I was being filmed for a commercial because her energy and smile almost seemed unreal! She put me in a great mood to have a effective workout. This girl is unreal! This is why I choose to come back day after day!

I have gone to others gyms and was never recognized on my birthday. Every 5th visit I am given water. At the end of the month with enough visits larger gifts are given. The equipment is very good. There is enough equipment that I never feel like I have to wait. There is a beautiful pool and lots of interesting classes.

I'm back here once again. The employees are great, they're nice, and welling to help. The place looks great too. There are a bunch of treadmills, and stairs, an ab room, cycling room, dance room, sauna room, a pool, and an area for free weight training. They have it all. Love it.Update: it's been remodeled and has a totally new look to it. Cant wait to see and upload em.
