Nice place and clean working people is nice too

Went on Monday and tried to run in and do a quick 9 min tan session. I was waiting and waiting from someone to come to the front desk and set me up. Finally this 4ft dwarf comes up and asks if I need help . I let him know that I’ve been waiting and that in the past I’ve programmed my own time because no one ever showed up to set up the time. I explained that i learned this from a YouTube tutorial ! He then gets very agitated and starts reciting me rules and regulations on what not to do and that this can get me banned! I explained that this is getting to be to much because no one is ever at the front desk anymore and that I’ve even called the club in the past and no one even answered so I resorted by learning how to program my own time! He was on such a power trip instead of actually acknowledging that there is definitely a disadvantage to a person on a time crunch! I left aggravated and with no desire to go back ! David is definitely on a power trip and shouldn’t be In a customer service roll. David also needs to learn and except challenges without taking thing’s too personal .

Lately it seems like noones at the front desk . The sign will say they are out cleaning, but then you go look for them and you can’t find anybody( it’s ridiculous I have to track down an employee in the first place). The last few times I’ve wanted to get a massage/ purchase a drink, I’ve walked out because I waited longer than the massage would’ve taken. They should always have somebody within an eyes view of the desk to help the most important people in the facility, which are the customers. I’ve tried to voice my concerns to the employees there,but can’t find anyone ……. It’s definitely ridiculous.

The staff is very friendly. The gym is clean. Everything in working order. At the time I go I can easily use machines etc,

The staff is always nice and helpful and they do a fantastic job keeping the gym clean and in order. I enjoy working out there because everyone is focused on their workouts and not socializing like this was some sort of party club.
