Moldy, smells, leaking, broken sauna planks filled with grim and God knows what and now roaches. Convenient due to amenities but horrible standards for cleanliness if you need a manager to daily inspect the employees are doing there job not on their phones

First time I've been consistent at the gym. It does get very busy after 5 as expected but if you come in the morning or early afternoon, not too crowded. The cardiokickboxing classes and Zumba classes are a lot of fun and it's even more fun with a group of friends. If people can get in the habit of wiping down machines after they use them this place would be even more stellar.

Place is very dirty. Lots of dust, smells like school boy socks. They don't vacuum or wipe anything ever. Machines are very worn out. Cardio machines all need to be replaced. On top of this they have increased my membership twice this year. I have the membership that includes the classes and it's now 42 bucks. They assigned me a cheap trainer for my expensive sessions and sat her in front of me to ask feedback and If I wanted more sessions. I had to tell sales guy he needs to do his homework and not waste my time. Bathrooms I can't use. Locker room has a permanent sign saying someone is working so no privacy for women.

Like a gym for homeless people. This gym is completely horrible, horrendously dirty and smelly with all broken equipment that you can't even work out. None of the machines are in proper working order. The entire gym equipment needs to be replaced. Bunch of skanky women looking for men and harassing you while you work out.This gym is filthy you might catch something coming here. Please close this place down.

Currently no hot water in the showers (already all last week) Update: Hot water as of 12-June. Total outage was about 1 week

I have membership for my 2 boys on this place but soonest they start using this gym they have really bad experience, place always dirty and equipment really bad conditions no mantinace disappointed!!

The customer service is absolutely horrible! Whenever you need assistance at the front desk, the employees ignore you and turn the other cheek!The locker room is never cleaned and the machines are always broken!The management is also horrible! To all future customers, save your money and find another gym!

Staff is professional and friendly, however the gym is really dirty with worn, old, outdated, rusty and broken equipment. For a 24/7 gym you would think they would do a better job of keeping it maintained - it's obvious that Corporate does not have the money to put into this location and does not seem to care. If you invest in personal training sessions you will constantly be stalked and hounded to buy more sessions. So many other/better options in the area.

They said guests not to play basketball. I never heard about that. I was shocked. We’ll cancel our membership 😤🤦‍♀️ …
