I am member of the location, August 22 morning 7 am visited front desk for change of membership. since last 2 months i am not actively going due to some schedule. First of all i came to know that some one else pics on my profile pics i don't know how change my profile pics there. there is a lady was there, she told me for that i need to see the manager, so i request that if you can't change my membership then cancel it. She tried once and she replied that she don't know how to do it. she told me to come later, While i had seen her since last 6 months there. It' clear that cheap mindset and there is no customer service. It's customer fault they have choose Xsport and this location so all the requested is handled by manager only and you have to visit when manager is available rest of staff is only for excuse. Beware All we all are paying and for any request accepted only on manager's availability for anything. This is ridiculous and pathetic for employee. God bless them !!

I like the place but had a safety issue with a treadmill. The treadmill was having speed regulation issues which caused me to almost fall off of it. I ran on a second treadmill to confirm it was the equipment and not me. I reported this to the manager, we said he would mark the treadmill 'do not use.' 20 minutes later, he still had not marked the treadmill. This is a nice place but I can't give a positive review to a place that ignores safety issues brought up by a customer.

Not sure why people are complaining in the reviews, this gym has everything to offer. The spa is not broke. I was just in the steam shower and sauna yesterday. There is some equipment that is down but they also have 10 other of the same machines that make up for it, definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get a good workout in.

Nice place to update your extra fat. Friendly and helpful staff. Respectfully participants, the thing that is bothering is, they need to put signs by the swimming pool that the users need to take shower before entering the pool and the sauna users shouldn't go inside with shoes. Moderate prices, not harmful to the wallet. Very good explanation for everything , what you should and what you don't.

Got told I could sign up for 1$ only for a week, minutes later got charged 39$ as a down payment or whatever. That wasn’t the main issue, but later on they made me and my friend pay 49 dollars on the 15th of the month (we signed up on the past months 28th and they never told us that they charge on the 15th) it was just a whole mess so in the end me and my friend, along w the 10$ cancellation fee, paid this place 100$ each. Probably could’ve gotten a way better deal anywhere else, my friends already were signed up here so we said let’s just do it and everything went downhill…

I'm mostly concerned about the lack of interest from the owners. Reading the reviews and every response is just copied and pasted. It is always the same with a different owners name. Which again is always different. This is highly suspect especially considering all the negative reviews. Trying to research new gyms and this makes me not even want to come look.Edit....and they copied the same exact message to this comment. What a joke.

I can see they are keeping it as clean as possible during this pandemic. Which I think is great. But they aren't enforcing people to keep their masks on. I get when you're on the treadmill but there are many that walk around without it on. Or they have their nose hanging out (even the employees). I know it's hard working out with the mask. I hate it and doesn't help with my workout induced asthma. But I keep it on, even while I'm working out and running on the treadmill. When I see people doing that I try to walk away from them. Most people are covering up though, so I'm glad for that.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Facility is poorly maintained with a broken glass door for more than 20 days in child’s play area. A few broken benches. Most of the locker room cabinets are tie wrapped (can’t understand why). There’s a significant bump on the floor and someone could trip easily by the weightlifting area. And I can go on and on.*** they charge a $49 yearly maintenance fee***Will lose one customer soon!!!!

A couple of things... Nice selection of equipment from free weights (dumbbells to 150) benches, hammer strength, life fitness, along with cross fit training. Sauna, pool, etc but I've never used them... At least yet.Staff can be friendly, some guys aren't pleasant, but I'm not there to make friends, but to work out... So I don't really care about how they react to me.

Visiting Chicago; decided to sign up for a 7-day guest pass online. to X-Sport Fitness Arrive at the gym; they can't honor the pass because I don't live in Chicago. Bummer. But there is an option. Pay $1 and you can work out today and while you're here, you can just call to cancel when you're leaving out.Not so simple.Called to cancel when I returned home. Nope, I have to do it at the location. Explain I don't live in Chicago, so now I have to wait till the next day to talk to an Operations Mgr. Call the next day, speak to the Ops Mgr who tells me I have to call corporate, oh and by the way, you've been charged $49 membership fee.Call corporate and have to provide my DL in order to verify my location.Either the business model and framework is antiquated or just plain terrible but there's no reason for me to have to drive the entire customer service process.
