I will never forget how amazing many if not most of these people are! They are great, generous, and loving humans, to say the least! But, there’s like this opposite thing happening at the gym and if you ever enjoy yourself, there is that minority, very few, but they are there, in the pak that make sure you stop enjoying yourself and they have an ego trip about it to the grave. They treat their jobs like they are curing cancer in seriousness, but just create a bad vibe, and ultimately sit most of the time.Their water filters aren’t working, all the sudden, even for those, cough, cough, that enjoy filling their water bottles at the gym. God forbid you need to sit on your computer and a janitor says you are in his way to one of this hooligans, you will end up having a person seeking to vibe you as much as possible for as long as you go there while they still work there.It’s just unfortunate, when life is tough as it is, to have this happen, let alone not say something about it. Thank you for understanding!

All employees are wearing their masks on their chins, everyone looks so bored 😅 not much energy in this place compared to LifeTime fitness. Smaller club but they do have all the necessary amenities like tanning, pool, bikes etc. …

Back in Oct 2020 I called to ask for refund for time when gym was closed and to cancel the membership. Customer service representative told me that thay can't do refund but thay can give me credit for next 2 months and than my membership will be canceled in Dec 2020. I checked my bank statements and found out thay keep charging me after that for next 10 months. I call tham and thay checked my check-ins and see that i didn't go in gym from Dec 2020 and thay told that thay can't refund money back.

Too many people, but its ok. There is Too many machines where you can workout 💪Clean place. Spa - didnt work 100%. Maybe little bit more power( power up!) please. Sauna was good and clean too. …

Two stars for the gym itself has everything you would expect and because I got the refund I requested.Take away one star for management, both Corporate and middle-level, ignores you, does not follow up with you as promised, and consequently diminishes their brand value.Take away one star for personal trainers who dont follow through on what they say they'll do and for lack of knowledge where it matters.Take away one star for general unprofessionalism in an industry that's infamous for nonchalant employees who only care about their bottom line and personal pockets.I would recommend the gym, busy as it may be, but EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE A NUMBER, not a person. Smh.

50 cardio machines that are never at more than 50% capacity, and 3 squat racks that are always occupied, even during weekday working hours. Always humid. Also the most shameless gym thots I have ever seen. Some of these women basically work out naked. This place is basically the collapse of western civilization in a nutshell.

They are making so hard to cancel. Still taking my money even when i said i dont want anynore membership… each time i come there is always an issue with the chilcare. And each time i waste my time , my gas to get send back home because theres an issue with childcare. How can i train ?? I want to cancel this!!! And stoo taking my money. I already send an email and what??? Nobody replies.

The place has all the equipment I need and most of the trainers I have worked with are great and knowledgeable. This used to be my go-to gym (there are others near work), but in the past few months it has lost its qualities: bad hours of operations (closed at 7pm on sat and sun), the place smells bad (it didntsmell like wet dog before), the floor is dirty, etc. I am giving it 3 stars because it has lost many of the amenities and conditions it had and that I look in a gym.

The Sauna and steam room smell like mildew. It’s so bad. The whole gym is filthy, like no one cleans. The walls are dirty and have holes in them. No one wears their masks or clean their machines. I expected better for a Schaumburg location.

The gym is nice. My only negative is they only have 1 smith machine that goes low enough to do glute bridges and the same lady body guards the smith machine for an hour plus doing an entire circuit workout and won’t let anyone else use it. So try to come in super early and use it before she arrives. I was at the gym today and she was guarding it for an hour & a half. I assume for longer but that was as long as I could wait. Very irritating.
