XSport Fitness has been my go to gym for several years now. Kevin was my sales person who set up my membership with the Hydro Massage in my Spa package which was a must for me as well as the cardio and strength areas. Kevin was an exceptional communicator who got the job done right. I truly appreciated that. The Self Spa staff and front desk staff have always been very professional and kind. The women's locker room is constantly being cleaned and that was important to me. The 24-7 hours are the best. Location, Location, Location is spot on. The parking gets crowded during busy times due to the strip mall area, however the lot has great lighting and that is a MUST. Best to go at off times. Love the equipment with individual TV's. Huge plus!Gym and spa are my go to place for workout, relaxation, and recharge. Keep up the wonderful work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Nice gym here in Schaumburg. They feature hammer strength equipment which really helps out when working out alone. The staff are very friendly, some more than others, and always seem to be engaged in cleaning up.The patrons very depending on what time and day you go. You get a variety of people here which is nice. One thing that bothers me is that very rarely do patrons put their weights away. For God's sake 🙏 please re-rack your weights. No one cares how much you lifted. Your mom doesn't work there.Recently they stopped giving out towels, I'm sure in an attempt to cut down on water use. However they do have spray bottles and paper towels at scattered stations throughout the gym. It's a clean place, they have a protein bar as well as a few coolers full of all sorts of supplement drinks.

I joined this gym 3 weeks ago. Every member that I’ve encountered has been friendly and look like they actually love their job! The area is very spacious and there are many different machines. I like that they got rid of towels to be more eco-friendly. Only reason I docked a star is because there isn’t a lot of room to stretch before my workout, and because every time I’ve brought a guest, it’s been a hassle getting past the check-in process because they want them to sign up.I also signed up for personal training, and I love it so far because I am seeing results but more importantly, staying motivated. I recommend this location, they have a parking garage as well.

This place has everything you need - free weights, power rack, kettlebells, machines, a basketball court, a swimming pool, etc. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because the bathrooms smell like piss and the hot water is very inconsistent.... both seem like an easy fix they don't seem to bother with.

Been going to this place for a few months now and it has been ok for the most part. It’s spacious and offers a lot of amenities. The staff is friendly. The locker rooms are its weak point. Although I’m sure that they try as much as they can to keep place clean it is still lacking in that area. On the contrast Arlington heights location is clean throughout never seen towels on floor or bottles everywhere or weights scattered etc... I’m sure more staff and better members that clean up after themselves would help improve this issue but overall not a bad place at all to work out.

Overall, it is a decent, clean gym despite how much more detailed the cons are going to be...If you care to know, read on, my friend.👍🏼:-Clean-Relatively new machines-heated underground parking garage-(Mostly) friendly staff-24 hours👎🏼:-Manager is too pushy with the sales pitch. I wish managers would actually care about your well-being and convenience rather than have that “car salesman” mentality. Even though I was going to get a membership regardless (for the simple fact that their gyms are everywhere), I still feel like I was coaxed into something. Gave me a grimey vibe that had me regretting signing up.-It does get pretty crowded, and it gets really cumbersome to look for a machine that isn’t taken. And every time you look up, you meet someone else’s gaze... #awkward-I’ve only been a member for 2 or 3 weeks but already noticed that they often run out of supplies for days (i.e., ingredients for shakes, locks for the lockers). They asked if I had my own lock on my first day, and I said no, do you sell them? They said, “yes! Just $11!” “Great! I’d like to purchase one.” “Oh sorry we don’t have any right now...” what?! That went on for a few days...-It is disorganized. People at the front desk just socialize with each other and ignore me sitting at the smoothie bar until 4 other people are sitting waiting to order also. Then they act all frazzled when they have to make 4 drinks at the same time. Also, for my first personal training session, we had JUST scheduled the session the night before, but somehow the trainer was surprised when I came in for the session the next night... he said he thought I was coming another night... poor communication, I guess. Thought it worked out because I had a migraine, it still would have sucked if I didn’t plan on going to the gym anyway. He was very nice and apologetic though.I have been working out since I was in high school and am very confident, but I can definitely see how this gym would intimidate and deter those trying to develop a healthy lifestyle from doing so. I don’t mind dealing with the cons I mentioned, but I would really encourage Xsport to work on these issues to make exercising more inviting and less chaotic and scary for people just starting out. Thanks for reading my novel!Jaimee Marzan

I've been coming to XSport for the past 9 or 10 years now I love coming to the gym I love going to XSport , my biggest problem right now with XSport is it is a health and fitness place where you can go to get exercise...but got has unhealthy maintenance to its facilities like the locker room area, the sauna the wood has what it looks like to be black mold and should be replaced, the steam room I've taken pictures and showing the staff that there is black slime on the the walls and cracks of the granite , you can take a towel and wipe it and see for yourself it's probably like that in the women's locker room. After complaining about it on more than one occasion, I asked what they are clean the rooms with when are they cleaning them I was told wire brushes, why do they not have a power washer ? and why is staff not washing these rooms on the weekends or during the evening at hours when it is not busy? there should be a board wear me as a customer who comes there spend his money can see when the room was last cleaned, I should be able to tell as I walk in these rooms, XSport Fitness makes a lot of money and should be able to support their staff with the proper cleaning equipment ... and this goes for all XSport locations which I have been to quite a few in the Chicagoland area ..So far this is my major problem and definitely a rethinking point for me

Customer service and sales are unethical and rude as others have mentioned. Tyler, who has worked for the company for 13 years so he says, signed me up for the 7 day guest pass WITHOUT MY CONSENT, all I gave him was my name and phone number for an appointment to review the possibility of joining. Not the kind of start I wanted knowing I told him multiple times I've had a bad experience with gyms in the past and did not want to give out any of my information. I didn't want to have a guest pass right now as I am weighing the pros and cons of different fitness centers. Now if I were to go back at a later date I will no longer benefit from promotional pricing as I will have been there before since they have my name in their system, my fault for giving it to them. They also say you can cancel anytime and don't have contracts but in the CONTRACT I was presented with it states should you want to cancel you have to send them notice in the MAIL and wait for their response, and until they respond you will keep getting charged should you go with the month to month option.

It's always crowded. Equipment is not updated. Some machines doesn't even work properly. The pool is dirty, you guys should clean it at least 3 times a week. Also, don't even dare to forget something in the locker room or the showers for a couple of hours cause someone else will steal it. Lost and found sucks.

It's good that it is a 24X7 gym. But they never consider maintenance on there equipment. Everything is broken, rusted or not so good in some ways. There is literally only 1 water fountain for the whole gym area. That too is always nasty and smells like mold and swet, you always have to wait in line to get water. Too bad. I will change my reviews if they fix the water fountain problems.
