Machines tend to have issues with them every time I've gone and nobody from the staff stop people from walking around without masks. Many people just openly walk around the free weights area with no masks on. Also the vetting process for making sure people don't have a fever is a joke. Most of the staff don't even look at you while you do it, and I've routinely clocked in at 90 degrees, so it doesn't even seem to be accurate. Pool is nice though

I train here regularly and I like it so far. All the employees that I interact with, are professional & knowledgeable. My trainer Jason, is one of the most experienced & committed trainers that I know. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My strength and endurance has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I actually look forward to my workouts.

I have been a member of this gym since 2017. I referred someone to get a membership and they say that they will give me a month free because of it. 1 month passes and they charge my account, I talk to the manager and he says that I won't get charged the next month. Another month goes by and I get charge yet again. I call the manager and he says that there's been an issue and he's gonna call corporate and tells me that I'll be good next month. Here we are today 3rd month in a row that I get charged. This company is an absolute joke. I will be switching gyms 100%.

Eh. I would avoid it. Their entire subscription model is designed to be as difficult to cancel as possible ( not available by phone or net ). When you apply, you do not get a physical contract, but when you cancel, they make you fill out a physical form, which they do not act on until one of the guys stops playing on their phone ( and if they do you may receive an email confirmation -- which I have still not received ). In case you were wondering, my form ended up on a pile of paper behind the guy's desk. Very reassuring.To make it more annoying, they randomly charge your credit card for amounts that are suspiciously close to your monthly dues in hopes you will not notice and refuse to refund those charges forcing you go through your credit card company to resolve the issue.You were warned.The amenities are nice, but they are not worth the headache.

I'm a new member coming from planet fitness and this is a much larger gym more amenities. Can't wait till the sauna and jacuzzi are open. I have been here in the past as a guest and the tanning beds are great as well. I have psoriasis so the stronger the level of tanning bed the better!

Wow is this place a bad experience. It's very crowded, the staff was aggressively pushing paid amenities and personal training. When I had a single pt session, the trainer worked me till I threw up and had a limp for four days. I haven't done much physical exercise in years and tried to communicate that. Not very present or knowledgeable, overall scary and uncomfortable for me. When I tried to cancel they made me come in only to tell me I had to come back another day due to corporate reasons.UPDATE: I had to cancel by calling another XSport gym, that same day, that the Schaumburg location said they could not due to corporate reasons.

Worst gym I’ve been too.Where to start? I’m a member at UFC gym and Xsport, and Xsport only because it’s by work. The trainers eat on the floor? Seriously? I used to be a trainer in my past life and eating in front of your client seems so unprofessional. I feel bad for the person paying. On top of that, form. The trainers are clearly here for a paycheck and not actual program design or passion for fitness.No mask wearing is enforced once you’re past the check in desk. But how can you enforce mask wearing when the training staff themselves don’t wear one? Polar opposite from their competing gym I belong too. UFC gym is much higher quality, in every aspect.

I am very disappointed with xsport in schaumburg. I had became a member again. I join November28 of this year. I was miss lead one of the sale lady name Sabrina told me I would get a free month. When went to check my account they had took out 39.99 out of my account and it was only suuppose to be a $1.00 and it made my account negative. So I spoke with the general manager and he told me that they take out draft for 39.99 and i would get a month free. I also was told that i would get a free facial. On Decemer 23, i went to the spa it was around 830 i had just finish zumba. I ask Melissa that i need to get free facial she ask me my phone number I gave it to her and she look me up. She told me o was not entile that i had one on december 6 which was a lie. She kept arguing with me. Then i went to sabrina and she came over to the spa area. I was trying to explaon to her i never eas here. So sabrina agree with her. How can i ne so treateated unfair. I feel that Melissa has issues. If nothing is going to be done i will go up to the top until schaumburg get it together. Some of the staff r very unprofessional.

Terrible Gym! Do NOT buy a membership! I bought a 2 yr membership, 5 facials, 4 massages, and now due to Covid-19- they are not refunding anyone. I have unused spa services that they refuse to reimburse me for since all their spas are closed. I sent a certified letter, email and spoke to customer service. They DO NOT care about their members- go to Lifetime Fitness...
