Be careful what you sign! I had got a personal trainer name rowdy and was ready to get started but everytime I would come in the days he tells me too he would cancel with me or he would be have someone else he training with. I’m still trying to cancel my membership for a mouth now and evertime I call them they tell me the same thing everytime that they would cancel it and send me a email confirming the cancellation but would never received anything. I’m very disappointed with this location and would not come back

They really should make everyone take a gym etiquette test. My favorite are the people who put their bathroom towel on one machine, their huge bag on another machine and then go across the room to use dumbells. It's hard to believe these people (guy dyed blond hair, dyed redhead elf) have no sense of awareness that this is a busy gym. Also love the women who put all their dumbells on a flat bench and then stand behind it never using the bench. Why have rules here at all since cross, sandals, socks, flip-flops & bags are allowed.

The gym itself is nice, staff is friendly and place is clean. If it were just about the gym and the staff it would be five stars however, the business side of this place is out of control. For the first year I had zero issues, cost was as described everything was normal. When I went to cancel everything moved smoothly, I received an email and thought it was done. It was not. They continued to bill me even though I had cancelled, but they didn’t charge my card rather they held it in my account accruing late fees. I received a letter stating as much called the business and spoke with a manager. He said my agreement number was not valid as the account had been cancelled so he couldn’t help me with the account. So then how, I asked, am I paying for a delinquent account when it been cancelled. He didn’t know and set me to someone else. This went on for five calls and 10 different people until finally the last guy said if I paid $45 he would call it good and really cancel it. This is awful business, I will never recommend this place because of the terrible management on the business side.

For some reason they allow certain people to wear flip flops, sandals, and open toed shoes. I've mentioned this to them many times but they always have some kind of nonsense reason.

I went for my first time the other day, the shorter teenage worker I believe named jaxon was super helpful setting up everything.

I have been training at eos for about a year now. Griffin is personally the best trainer i have ever had great at giving great advice and has been very helpful with me achieving my goals.

This place was one of the dirtiest Gyms I’ve been to, the machines were often broken, and it’s very crowded no matter what time you go. You will decide to cancel and they will hit you with your annual fee if you haven’t paid it, they will charge you an extra month, and you won’t be able to use your membership any longer even though you have to pay an extra month.
