Absolutely fantastic gym, my boy Devin hooked me up with some headphones. He’s a real standup guy and deserves a raise. Keep up the good work Devin!!! - Randy Dominguez

I just want to take a minute to recognize my personal trainer-Griffin H. He has made my first experience on getting a gym membership and trainer fun and tolerable. He's helped me motivate myself to be consistent in attending the gym in a regular basis and to get to my fitness goals by having good set of workouts in every session with him. In addition to that, his way of being able to connect with his clients and make them comfortable on their own pace is awesome! I'd definitely recommend him to other clients who are wanting to get into fitness!

I have been going to this EOS for around 3-4 years, and knew / once knew the majority of the companies workers / members. When I first started going to this EOS I was welcomed with open arms and enjoyed my experience and even switched gyms to this one; however, lately this is not the case. Their new general manager named Melo is atrocious and cares little to none about hospitality except for getting memberships and climbing the corporate latter. He cares nothing about his actions or about destroying this gym. Even just getting rid of old but good / broken equipment and failing to procure new ones. I’ve spoken to multiple employees and general people that go to this gym and they’ve all had similar experiences if not worse. Even some long term employees leaving their employment from this gym because of him. I usually bring new friends and use a guest pass to try to get them to purchase memberships overtime so they can start going on their own. This new manager pushed and probed my friends to get memberships in a rude and demeaning manor scoffing and laughing at them and they no longer want memberships or even to go to this gym due to the atrocious behavior. This is not just one experience or just a bad day. The Same applies to even his own employees and their own guest pass. It’s getting to a point where I’m just thinking about switching gyms from everything i’ve heard from people. This manager is treating a good gym like a game and cares nothing about the gyms actual future. I fear for what’s to come of this gym as what he’s doing is just pushing away good long term and paying members for the 3-4 gym goers that he manages to bully into the gym that’ll just end up cancelling because of it. Extremely rude, demeaning, arrogant, displeasing, and a gym destroying person. I was hoping he was just new and would learn to do better. But I was wrong, and would like to to see this gym not go out of business because of it.

It's a great large duplicitous gym. It was cleaner this time than it used to be so I might go back a little more often. I have a home gym by my house and this one is by my work

All around love this gym. As a SAHM it’s nice that I can workout while my kids play in the kids club. Everyone is very friendly and nice. It gives me peace of mind to know my kids are in good care while I have some me time.

The general manager is great however, the PT manager is non-existent. As soon as my contract with PT is up I will not but continuing my membership with this gym. My PT trainer missed our FIRST session. Then never got back to for about a week and a half. When he did contact me, we never scheduled anything. They took the first payment from my bank account without ever having at least ONE session. I never spoke with the manager about this just “messages” being passed. I was so motivated at the beginning and now I don’t want anything to do with them. Since I cannot get out of the contract I have no choice but to do the PT. I was no compensated in any way for their trainer and manager being so irresponsible. You put such a halt to my fitness goals and journey. Thanks for making someone who is new to the gym feel discouraged. One star only for the GM.

No frills. Price beyond reasonable especially with frequent sign-up promos. Options for add-ons like childcare & guest pass are a plus! Transactions transparent & easy.

Do NOT give these people your credit card information. They will literally steal from you by overcharging your credit card HUNDREDS of dollars, and refuse to correct their “mistake.” Unless you want to spend a few months getting to know your bank’s Fraud Team, avoid this place and find one with ethical management.

They're just aren't any appealing classes at the right times. (Scottsdale location) There is only one cycle class per week, which is not enough. It's best if I find an alternate place and end my membership here at EOS.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM !!I have had continuous issues with changing my membership fees and canceling it altogether. I spoke to the District Operations Manager, Andrea Zinn, to finalize what was necessary after many many miscommunications and lies from other staff members. Yet, even after all of that, I am STILL BEING CHARGED months after it should’ve been cancelled!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Please don’t even waste your time trying because once you’re in, you will have to go through hell to get out.
