Average staff, not very helpful, and no one seems to know where any other staff member is or when they'll be working.Don't get me started on their trainers. My experience has been awful, and just thinking about everything that's happened irritates me to no end. It may not be that way for every trainer, but to give you an idea, I've gone through two to three trainers because they just don't show up sometimes, and their scheduling software leaves much to be desired. All that said, the gym offers great amenities and is very clean with great equipment. It's a good place to solo workout.BUT, for your own sake, don't get near the training staff. They're inconsistent and the programs cost an arm and a leg.

I called in regards to owing a balance before I planned on cancelling my membership. Tyler helped me and offered a payment plan so I can pay off the balance. He was kind, polite, and he knows his information regarding the gym policy. I think he said he was the assistant manager. If that’s true, I can see why he was offered that position. :) Tyler is awesome! Thanks so much! 🙂

I have cancelled the Gym membership more than 3 years ago and move out from state. But they still keep asking me to pay for membership every year and putting me to debt collection agency.

Decent gym, but I won't be back. Thinnest/slickest bench pads I have ever used. They are actually unsafe. As someone who can rep the 130 dumbbells on a flat bench, I would never attempt that here. Maybe if you had incredibly narrow shoulders, you may be able to get some balance. If you have broad shoulders, though, you are going to hurt someone else. It was everything I could do to remain on the bench today with just 110s. When someone does fall off, they are going to hurt someone next to them. It will be a train wreck. A simple upgrade of the bench pads to a wider pad with some grip would solve everything. I moved here from Dallas last year, and my gym was Destination Dallas. I'm not saying you need to be a mecca like that gym, but your benches are unsafe. Both gyms in Gilbert, on Power and Higley, are similar but not as bad as this.

I workout there every morning staring around 5:30AM. The gym is always clean, and there are plenty of weights and training stations to go round.

DO NOT USE! Stole $85 from my account. They lied about their fees. Said it was $1 to sign up. And $10 a month. Didn’t disclose their annual fee. Scam

Devin, the manager, went out of his way today to help me with a totally unrelated problem to the fitness center. He was very professional and kind. He went out of his way to check that the issue was resolved . There are good people out there and devin is definitely one of them

I love their facilities but these people make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership unless youre at their front desk in the morning. Im in the military and no longer live in the US and Im stuck paying with no assistance from them.

BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PT WITH THIS GYM AND GIVE THEM ACCOUNT INFO. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months and even though the contract was cancelled they keep trying to pull money from account. Keep getting the run-around and it is a diffrent story every week....very shady business practices. I have talked to numerous levels of management over the course of several weeks. My next step is to contact a local investigative news station from Phoenix to see if they can get to the bottom of it.**UPDATE** ALL MATTERS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AS OF 7/21. TYGER WAS ESSENTIAL TO GETTING THIS DONE.
