I love the gym and all of the staff minus one individual. The heavier set guy who has long thinning hair is really rude. He seems so irritable to do his job and to be in a customer service position he has poor customer relations skills. He already works grave yard shift so if it’s hard to be nice to the handful of people you get that’s really pitiful on his part. I always see other employees like Steele doing routine wipe downs and bathroom checks but I never see him move from the desk. I actually came into one night to him playing Xbox on one of the desk computers at 3 am. Is EōS paying this guy to be rude to customers, neglect hygiene checks and play games on the clock? I would have never left this review had he just tried to scan my item like the other employees do during the system reset at this late of an hour, but I was met with “it’s still not up dude” while he was so bothered watching YouTube.

Buyer beware! Love the location and concept, but the equipment is in poor condition. Every day there's a piece of equipment in my routine broken. The sauna is broken at least half the time and now has a sign saying it will be broken foe another month. Asked the "ops manager" about repairs, or switching to another location, he was unconcerned and dismissive. Such a shame, so convenient and reasonably priced. To be fair, other employees are friendly, but referred me to this person to talk about my concerns.**Edit a few months later, changing 2 stars to 1: gym has just gotten worse. Sauna is now permanently broken with almost no effort made to maintain it. For every one day that it works there is three weeks that it does not. Other services and equipment removed. The only thing that seems to have grown is the sales team.

This morning as I was checking myself & my 16 year old son in, I was greeted by an elderly lady by the name of Bridgett. She told me that I could not bring my son as the rules clearly state in order for me to bring in a guest, they must be 18 years of age or older. I read my contract & guidelines online prior to bringing him in, and the rules clearly stated otherwise. I read that a minor of 16 years or older can be a guest so long as they're accompanied by an adult with a membership. I let her know this & she told me I was wrong. Not only was she rude, but was condescending as she told me "I'm cracking the whip on the rules". When someone is arrogant & cocky, usually they're right. In this case she was wrong. I let her know I wanted to cancel my membership. Without hesitation she obliged & let me know it takes 3 days with a smirk on her face. My son said to me as we took a step back to talk, "why is she so rude" I believe Bridgett is an operation manager that has 5 clubs. I'd expect upper management to really maintain the core values boasted on their website. My prior experience here has been great. I referred 10+ people to EOS in less than a year. All it takes is one person to destroy that. As I was speaking with my son, telling him we can go look at other gyms in the area... there was a district fitness manager there who corrected her. He went online and read her the rules of her club. Hopefully she can get proper training so she doesn't ruin someone else's great experience, like she has mine.

Unbelievable deal. Gym has all the weights, machines, etc. anyone could need. Only disappointment is the bathrooms/locker room/steam are typically pretty dirty so I rarely use them, but the gym itself is great for an only $10-20 a month membership.

I should give EOS a zero stars is possible, but its not an option one is all i can give. I had to cancel my membership back in the early part of July but because I had a Physical Trainer attached to my the account i left a message for the manger at the Power and Gilbert location in AZ. It took her 2wk to cancel my membership without even returning call. When i called to see if this was done i was told it was and that it may or may hit my bank account, said no problem. Month later and they are still debiting my bank. When i tried to speak with the manager she left early and when asked to get a the number to the district manager, i was told they do not have number to give so they don'thave to deal with the public. I have never been to GYM who treats their member this way. Specially when you can't get a higher manager above the the gym manager for any issues. I would stay away from EOS all they do is take you money even after you have canceled you membership.

When I originally signed up with EOS fitness they overcharged me the first few months. It was very hard getting my money returned. Their customer service is far from best. Once again I am being overcharged. I downgraded my membership since their massage chairs rarely work and I was no longer bringing a guest in. When I talk to one of the representatives there they said I can downgrade and they would wave the downgrade fee and the yearly fee since I just barely paid for it. Not only did they not leave the fee they open a new account and then close the old account so for 3 months I paid on two accounts. They also canceled my $5 towel membership about me asking and in order for me to get it back I would have to pay $10 a month now. I would not recommend their club at all.

I have had a range of experiences with this company. I made great friends with a manager here several staff and loved working out here for two years. It is an awesome facility and some really great people work here. That being said I had an Absolutely horrible customer service experience when i moved out of town and no longer needed a membership. It takes way too much effort to cancel your membership by having to go in person which is not necessary technologically speaking. I was finally able to cancel my membership and four months later two of my cards i used for my membership were charged 150$ and during my time i had problems with ghost charges luckily the manager Jeremy was great and always helped me but he got promoted to a different location and couldnt help me anymore. the membership is only 20$ but When you call to cancel they refer you to a separate company that takes care of billing and you just get the runaround. The only way i could resolve it is by having my cc company issue a charge back. All in all its a great place to work out just be prepared to deal with some problems.

Got a membership for really cheap because they had a promotion, definitely worth it but in order to get the promotion I had to get their "blue" membership, which is about 22$ a month. They do have a a "Grey or black" membership for about 10$ but that membership only allows you to work out at the specific location you signed up at. The thing is they also have an annual fee for about 73$ which you gotta pay after your first month on top of the 22$ so you're lookin at 95$ after the first month, but every other month is 22$ if you have the blue membership. That's where they get you. So if this is not for you I would watch for that. The gym is nice mostly spacious at this location but the other locations I hear are bigger, which makes it difficult to get in due to Covid-19 (10% capacity) but they are trying the best they can. It's kinda crowded but not really depending on when you go. During the day it can be crowded even with 10% capacity, at night not so much and you have to reserve your time online at most 24-hours in advance. It's difficult to find a reservation but if you go online at a good time like during the early morning you can get the time slot you need. I'm sure this will all change in due time when covid scares die down. It's mostly like any other 20-25$ gym I've ever seen but I like it, I like the vibe they give off. Most of the staff is friendly and the rest are respectful and nice. This is however my first gym membership but I've been to others as a guest and I think this one is a good fit for me especially since I'm new to the gym.

It's almost a direct copy of the Thunderbird location, but has Cardio Cinema, which is awesome! Also has a tire to flip with interchangeable weights. Fun gym

Desk personal/managers NEVER walk the floor to pick and/or reorganize weights. Equipment breaks down often and can take weeks to repair. Members here have little sense of a "gym community" they leave dumbbells and other equipment scattered all over the place. Main concern for EOS is selling gym memberships.
