Great assortment of machines as well as free weights. So far everyone is professional and courteous. The addition of showers as well as a dry sauna is awesome! They offer chilled, basic pre-work out drinks and protein options. Definitely recommend the blue or black membership!

Horrible don't give them any account information, they scam people's accounts and fight to get it stopped. They tell you one thing then charge more, no respect for first responders or military, had to get my checking account changed to get them to stop taking money. My credit union stated that people come in on EOS and have to do what I did, she said EOS is horrible. They did send me a partial refund check, I took it to their bank to cash, it was a bad check. She stated information on the check was incorrect, a fake check basically.

It’s fine. Normal big box gym. Lots of equipment, lots of space. My only complaint is that some trainers don’t rack their weights or put back pieces of equipment when finished when working with clients or individually. They work at the gym and should set an example.Adding to my review:I left the gym almost a year ago due to moving from the area. When i left i asked for my membership to be cancelled. The girl at the front desk told me no problem. I would be charged one more month then the membership would be cancelled. Now after what I think is ten months I have been charged every month. Even though I have emailed Bridget who is supposed to be a manger there, with no response then Romello, who also is supposed to be a manager. Romello answered me and said okay he can cancel my membership, then the following month I was charged again.Make sure if you want to cancel your membership you see that it is done in person!! This is my fault at the end of the day but wow is it frustrating dealing with the people running this gym.

Signed up for a free 7 day pass to try out the gym. When I arrived was told that they would not honor my pass. It did not say this anywhere online.I ended up Signing up on site because was told I could cancel within 3 days without any fees if I wasn’t happy. I didn’t enjoy my experience and decided to cancel. I called two times during the initial 3 day window to cancel and then confirm it was cancelled. During the second call I was told I would receive a cancellation email. I never received a confirmation. Now 1 month later my credit card is being billed. Posting because I don’t have any confidence in the gym employees to make this right.

I signed up for a 7 day free membership today and went into the gym. I let someone know I was here for the membership and she told me to take a seat and wait to talk to someone. I sat there for 30+ minutes watching the 3 people at the front playing on their phones and goofing around while side-eyeing me instead of giving me any type of update on what was going on. Decided to leave because it was such a waste of my time and there’s no point in paying to be at a gym where the staff is that unprofessional as a first impression. Such a disappointing experience because I was fully planning on being a member here. I never leave bad reviews, but come on man.

You get what you pay for. They have all the weights and equipment that you could possibly need for only $9.99 a month. Hard to beat the price. This gym feels more old school (which I personally like) and will not feel like a new clean gym. The environment is great for getting dialed in for your workout.Room for improvement:1. The space could definitely be cleaned better. Not sure how often the gear gets wiped down either and the first thing I do is wash my hands after a workout.2. Front desk staff are on their phones a lot. I was able to scan in without the front desk person even looking up. I personally don't care but I can imagine how others might not like it.

Old machines, poorly maintained. Very disapppinted compared to a few other EoS locations ive been to in the valley.Rubber handgrips cracking and falling off.Cycling machine made popping noise and felt "off", like it had sand in it or something. My time was significantly slower than normal for the same distance and it felt terrible. Painful.

I've never experienced an interaction with such a rude employee before. I tried to come here with my boyfriend who has a membership here because I was in town for a day. When we asked if it was okay this guy said it was $20 a day and was super rude about it. My boyfriend tried to ask about a free week trial he saw online and the employee kept saying "nope $20 I already said $20, nope it's $20, I'll say it again, $20" in the RUDEST way. I was shocked. There is a way to say no politely, like how about "I'm sorry we can't do that, the trial you saw isn't going on anymore, sorry about that." I even think the female employee next to him might have been embarrassed at his behavior but she didn't say anything. These guys really need to work on customers service.

I went to the gym yesterday, they didn't let me have my free pass to train because i don't have an arizona document.. i recently moved here in scottsdale, i was willing to pay for the day to train and later make the plan for me and my son who was with me. But I was informed that I would have to pay a fee of 20 dollars to train and the monthly fee for an associate is 10 dollars a month. I was very indignant, as they didn't make things easier for me, I left and booked a plan at another gym that gave me a free pass without requiring an Arizona document and they were more friendly.

Such bad customer service. Spoke to an associate about an issue I had and was not able to get a word in at all because every time I tried to ask a question, he continued to speak over me to get his point across.No one is ever at the front desk when I come in, and when there is someone there, they do not lift their head to greet you.Also, gym needs to be cleaned!! The rack room is full of dust and dirt. Takes forever for a machine to be repaired if there is an out of service tag on it.I've only taken one class there, Dance Party, and the instruction and dance moves were so repetitive.The good thing about the gym is that they do have a great variety of equipment both machine and free weights.
