Pf black card bad. Only 10 min on hydros 15 min tan even if the place is empty. 60$ fee to get out.Unlimited is a true lie. I like the scranton YMCA much nicer. Rude help. Pf needs to in with some new out with the rude.

It’s a budget gym that does a good job of being a wallet friendly gym. Cardio machines are plentiful. Although some people either refuse or don’t know to wipe down a machine when done.The wi-fi is TERRIBLE! Multiple times a week the WiFi simply isn’t on or won’t connect. Big problems for data users who want to stream at the gym.Staff is friendly at desk.

Always a clean gym. I've been a member off and on for years. Even when it's busy the staff are pretty accommodating and able to multitask in juggling the needs of each member. Nice staff. It's been a while since I've last been in the facility but the staff remembered me. That's a plus to me.

If you're a black card member at Planet Fitness you can go to any of their locations and use their facilities. Since I travel a lot, I've been to a number of them. This one is kind of the cream of the crop. The place is huge, loads and loads of room. And open 24 hours seven days a week, which I thought they all were, but isn't the case. Always plenty of staff at this one, and everybody seems very willing to help you. And like their advertisements, Planet Fitness really does cater the people that just want to get a workout. I'm definitely a fan.

Very clean and never too busy. I hate other gyms where it seems like you have to wait for every piece of equipment you want to use and that doesn't seem to be a problem here. If you are unsure of membership costs, don't hesitate to ask the people working at the front desk, they were able to find me a more affordable plan that better suited my needs.

Horrible customer service. Have had many issues and none of them can be resolved over the phone because most of the employees don't know what to do when they encounter a problem. They have some serious management problems as nothing is ever resolved right away.
