The equipment is clean and there's a nice view. Also the room was clean and adequately furnished with towels but not pillows.

The showers took 60 years to heat up. I am now ready to retire but I don't have a 401K. And once it DID heat up, the warmth was gone before I could rinse my suds. My husband lasts longer than the showers. And that's saying something.

This location is big and clean. The staff is friendly. However, no hot water in the shower. What's worse, the water wouldn't even stay warm: kept getting cold.

Bad customer service. Walked in to use this facility and a staff member at the front desk basically said that he thought I looked weird. How about a classic welcome or enjoy your work out?This is ironic because their whole franchise is billed as a "no critic zone." Why pay for a gym membership for an insult.

Hi I canceled out my gym membership over two weeks ago and was charged the yearly membership fee today. I called and was told they have no documentation of me canceling but the would do it today and have a manager call me. I waited a few hours and no call so I called back and asked to speak with the manager. Now the girl I talked to this morning was very nice but the girl I got this afternoon who said she was a manger was very rude, started laughing, and just had a bad attitude. She also refused to give me her name and stated I could take it up with Jenna whoever that is.

Honestly I canceled my membership because planetfitness is not opened like it used to be. It's not life friendly anymore where it works around people work schedules. It closes at 7 on the weekends and opens at 7. Most people like to go to the gym around that time because they got out of work they are just trying to rewind there minds. But I found another gym that was 24 hours which is much more convenient to my schedule I'd never go back to planet fitness as long as they keep those hours.

When I signed up for a membership I was expressly told that I was paying a $39 annual fee. One month later I was charged another $39 annual fee. When I spoke to a manager about it I was told that the original $39 was a "startup fee", which conflicted with what I was told during signup. Be wary of hidden fees, they will not tell you about them.*In reply to the owners comment:I have reached out to staff and planet fitness corporate office and am still waiting on a refund for the hidden fees. I will delete this review if I ever get my $39 back
