very dirty and unsanitary, the tanning bed are never cleaned when i go and i am expected to clean up dried butt cheek marks. the staff doesn’t seem to do much of anything but stand at the front desk and mingle with eachother when they should be keeping the gym and amenities clean. i understand cleaning the gym equipment after you’re done using it, but a tanning bed is a different story when sweat and other bodily functions are all over it and I, the customer, is expected to clean that up? that is a whole health hazard and if it doesn’t change I will be going to corporate because since i signed up in December 2022 this is how it has been.

I was RACIALLY PROFILED BY EMPLOYEE.I was approached by a female employeeand told I'm not allowed 🚫 to use the chair without her AUTORIZATION. The chair was working fine after i scan the membership card. I was fine sitting down getting a massage relaxing, as she approached me her bad vibe to harass me.She embarrassed me in front of the other Caucasian Female was sitting next to me.This employee treated me like some sort of CRIMINAL. Went on and on nonstop till I was literally KICKED OUT of the spa area. Despite that I scanned membership card.I believe there's ways to say things without the hostile tone that because of my skin color and ethninity. I'm not welcome there. The message was clear and very loud.Amazingly the lady sitting on the other chair wasn't harassed whatsoever because she is same ethnicity as the employee that harassed me.Anyway don't get a membership, the staff is heavily Caucasian that tells you everything you need to know that Native Americans aren't welcome there and there's not diversity working there neither.I'm thinking in contacting legal advice in regards this facility nobody deserves to be treated the way she made me felt. I literally went up crying it was so embarrassing this was my first day out in weeks after losing family to covid. Racial hate is a problem in this area.No human being deserves to be treated different because of skin color. The female comanager June 15, 2023 all she did was a smirking smile face to my complaint nearly laughed at me.Like if funny I get kicked out.

Friendly Staff, Clean Environment

I go to the North Adams Massachusetts location and the staff there are all phenomenal!

I love the atmosphere, amenities and equipment as well!! The only thing I would change is that the water fountain needs to be cold and not luke warm and needs to be open 24 hrs everyday. Warehouse and manufacturing employees need to work out still and according to my shift, these hours are not comforting working 8am-9pm...switched back to Planet Fitness from10x Fitness...The water fountain was not working..again..I recommend installing a second refill station for convenience

The boys during the week are so nice and sweet and help me and my workout partner in whatever we need. The place is always clean!

Polite staff, clean, mix of people with body types so you don't feel out of place, plenty of equipment, and watch TV, listen to music to keep entertained during workout

Very clean and plenty of machines available. Staff is very friendly.
