The gym management recently has been horrible. Broken toilet, water everywhere, broken water dispenser, broken equipments everywhere. A lot of them has been broken for weeks if not months. Some of them just stay broken.

This a great place. Good people working there. However. The gym is more dirty than before. It seems that they need a cleaning Crew to help the staff .I hope they can do it soon. The gym is very popular therefore it need more cleaning.

Don’t ever sign up for this company, unless you want to be put on a month-to-month contract a year after your contract expires, be harassed by the staff to pay for something you never signed up for MONTHS later with NO letter saying the gym …

Planet Fitness is great for those who are just beginning to workout but will quickly become rather useless to those of us that are experienced and need heavier weights, and Olympic bars. This particular location is also small and has a very tiny weight section that is always crowded. However, their cardio equipment is vast. So again, beginner friendly with low level weights and smith machines (only 3 I think) but not great for those of us that are looking to lift heavy and/or have a large selection of machine weights as well.

I love Planet Fitness however I've been purchasing water at half price with my black card and then when I went to go purchase one the girl working the front desk told me they were not half price. It's a little frustrating to be getting something half off and then be told that was wrong they are not supposed to be half off. I went to another planet fitness and they honored the 50 percent off water and said that lady was wrong. She was very nice though so I don't condemn her.

DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR CAR and just add a window replacement to your Planet Fitness membership expense.

It's older than my regular gym, which is the downtown Seattle location, so it has older machines, but for my purposes it's just fine. I just go to use the machines, do a little bit of weights and some moderate cardio. It's exactly what I need. It's a fairly decent size gym with lots of space. While you may have to wait for the weight machines when it's busy, cardio machines are pretty much always available and always provide plenty of space to get in a nice workout without distractions from neighbors.

Bathrooms were pretty horrible. For such a large space, it wasn't very ventilated. Most of staff appeared to be putting in effort, except one dude whom I only saw flirting and watching girls on the stairmaster. This location has been impacted by the lockdown, and was one I actually recommended to others, but right now. It's definitely not worth it.

The staff are nice enough, but they never wear masks. Most of the patrons do, but then they don't really wipe down equipment. If it wasn't pandemic season, I'd say it's a great gym for the price. Buuuuut, it's pandemic season, so they really should be setting a better example for the patrons by wearing masks

I have never been one to complain but this is just to much. There’s a big problem with lack of personal hygiene. On many occasions there have been times I nearly throw up in mid workout due to certain individuals who smell so strong or leave equipment so engulfed with bad odor that no matter how many times I clean the machine it doesn’t go away. I love this gym but the smell is unbearable at times and that’s not an experience I can deal with on a daily bases. This is the first gym I’ve ever had to deal with in regards to this level of odor. I’ve been going to gyms for years and know the difference between sweating and just plain disregard of personal hygiene. It’s getting pretty ridiculous. Please, do something about it.
