Good simple gym to lift weights without it ever being overly packed. I haven't waited for a machine while I had my membership, and getting in was a breeze. Open 24 hours so the convenience was nice to go if I had a busy day. Includes two restrooms and a shower.

I’ve been training at Transform 180 since Feb of this year, and I have to say that this is THE BEST gym I’ve ever used (and I’ve lived in 6+ cities and used so many different gyms).The trainers are all fantastic - very professional, nice and helpful. I want to give a shout out to one particular trainer - Tatyana, who has truly changed the way I see training. She’s super thorough (takes detailed notes), builds really great training programs, provides diet / lifestyle recommendation, and pushes me to be better every week.With Tatyana, I’ve already made significant progress over the last four months - I’ve managed to increase my muscle mass, reduce body fat %, get stronger and better balance, and most importantly, she’s played a critical role in shaping my thinking and general mental framework re: consistency and discipline.She’s a terrific trainer to have and doesn’t give up on you even during moments where you want to give up on yourself. She’s encouraging, supportive and pushes me to train better every session while ensuring I don’t compromise on form.Tatyana truly shows wisdom wayyyyy beyond her years and I’m so excited to continue training with her to achieve results that I never thought I’d ever have been able to achieve!

I've been training with Mo for the last half year or so, about 2-3x a week, and it has really changed my life and confidence! She's been super understanding about my injuries and got me started in lifting, which intimidated me at first especially as a woman & beginner who could barely lift the bar. I could never get a consistent workout routine that I enjoyed until I started training here! She tracks my numbers thoroughly, always ensures my form is correct, and mentors me on diet + how to train when I'm by myself. Aside from training, she's super funny and easy to talk to, so my 1 hour here often sets me in a great mood for my day!I'll be moving out of Seattle soon and training with Mo is absolutely one of the things I'll miss the most. The gym isn't crowded and is clean, so I highly recommend training here and asking for Mo if she's available :)

I had a great experience at Tranform 180 - this gym has amazing management and is well maintained, with all the equipment needed and 24 hour access. Tatyana was so great to have monthly checkins with, and she curated a training plan around my preexisting injuries and targeting my specific goals.

Fantastic facilities. You really can’t beat the combination of access to equipment and flexibility of 24/7 access. Plenty of racks to go around, which is always a challenge at gyms I’ve been to previously. Other members were super respectful. Huge shout out to Cary Stark, the personal trainer I worked with for a few months — simple and effective programming that gave me the results I was looking for (plus an all around great guy!). And props to the owner; I’ve seen him constantly tinkering with the gym layout and bringing in new equipment. This gym is clearly cared for and it shows in the overall experience. If I wasn’t relocating, I’d have stayed for a long time!

No-nonsense gym at a great price. Cancellation is a major hassle at a lot of gyms but it was very simple here. Would never have left if I didn't leave the neighborhood.

I’ve trained here for a couple of months now with Max, and am very happy with my progress so far. Max is an excellent trainer and will develop a training plan to fit your goals. He is very supportive and push you to challenge yourself. I highly recommend training with Max!Edit: Since Max is no longer at Transform 180, I've been training with Roko. He's a great trainer who I enjoy working with very much. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, and will push you to accomplish your goals. I'm very happy with the progress I've made training with Roko.

I had 36 sessions of training with Alexander Burney, who was incredibly competent and supportive. He first concentrated on improving my posture before gradually advancing me to heavier weights and higher intensities. If you are searching for a personal trainer for your workout regimen, I highly recommend Alex:)

My wife and I did partner training with Mo and were so happy we did! Mo was super intentional in her approach and was pushing us in ways we felt comfortable while being understanding of where we were in our exercise journey. We both loved how she was super attentive and always made sure we were properly doing the exercise movements to avoid injuries. We also enjoyed how every workout was different and carefully thought through. If you’re thinking of personal training, we’d highly recommend asking me Mo!

I've been training with Montserrat for 6 months now, and she's really changed my life. I was pretty much a complete beginner at weightlifting and dreaded it because of issues with mobility and dizziness. Through Mo's guidance, I've seen huge improvements in my strength, energy, flexibility, and relationship with food, and I look forward to each of our workouts. Mo is so knowledgeable and encouraging, and she knows exactly how to push me past what I thought was possible without overdoing it. Plus she's just a kind and wonderful person to talk to!
