I have been training with Monserrat for a few months now. This has got to be one of the right decisions I took to fix my plantar fasciitis. She is a very personable trainer, who understands my goals and curates workouts to keep each session interesting :) I am someone who gets bored of monotonous workouts. And she ensures to have a good mix of strength, mobility and functional training. This has helped me correct my posture and improved my efficiency in day to day tasks. Also, this is gym with very friendly trainers who have a good understanding of their clients and that motivates me to keep going :)

Small gym in south lake union, great for independent workouts, open 24/7, usually empty so no issue using machines or weights. Full bathroom functions as changing room, lockers available. Perfect if you do your own thing and don't need handholding classes, or crowds. Reasonable price monthly fees.

I’ve been working with Roko for several months now. He’s been fantastic. I had some experience in the gym but he’s helped hone in on a lot. Been working with Max at Transform for 3 months. He's guided me on improving my technique and has worked me up to 85lb bench presses. Encourages me to maintain a balanced lifestyle and keeps me focus (which is a challenge). All the while making the gym a fun experience. I can't wait for my next inbody check in to report on numbers, but the mirror progress is great so far.

Transform 180 SLU is a well-run, high-quality place to train. The staff and facilities are both excellent. There is room for a diversity of training types and skill levels. While many customers visit for personal training, I can also strongly recommend this gym for those looking for a "regular" membership who want to design their own workouts. 5/5

The 24hour access was extremely convenient for me as it allowed me to come in any time. They also have all the major equipment. I also did a PT with Max which was awesome! He stylized my workouts according to my goals and gave me great advice on general fitness and nutrition. Great gym that I would recommend for anyone!

Great gym with 24/7 access, private parking.Has pretty much everything you need as a powerlifter (power bars, but no competition plates) or olympic weightlifter (bumper plates & they have a few 35lbs women bars too!)Equipment is in great conditionWarehouse-style gym, so air stays fresh unlike many crowded commercial gymsChill owner, and all around friendly staff & fellow members. I generally like to keep to myself when working out and felt very comfortable here

I trained here for 3 months with 2 different trainers, each had a very different style of training but were effective in their own ways. Having never been to a gym before, they really pushed me to go over my limits and do exercises which I was afraid of doing before due to risk of injury. The diet advice was also quite useful. I still follow the exercise schedule which was created during this training and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to go to the gym for the first time!
