Absolutely love my trainer- Monserrat. She is amazing and gives such a personalized training. She tracks all my exercises and the progress I have made which definitely motivates me to do better .I have rarely seen trainers do this and track your every weight. She is a thorough professional . She advises on the right form and also motivates me when I am being too negative on myself. I have already made a lot of progress in my strength. I would highly recommend her ! I am so glad I found her. The gym in itself is nice and has most equipments. But honestly I am here because Monserrat is here.

I've been training here with Roko for a few months, and have had a really wonderful experience! Roko is extremely knowledgeable and really pushes me in every session. He also really focuses on ensuring I have the right form, and feeling the mind-muscle connection. My personal training sessions with him are honestly the highlight of my day! I had initially planned on only training 1x/week, but found so much value in my sessions, I am working with Roko twice a week. The gym itself is also very well equipped and well maintained; and Char, the owner, is very responsive to any questions. I can't recommend Roko and Transform 180 enough!

I've been going to Transform 180 for about seven months. What drew me in, besides the location, was the 24/7 access and the striking aesthetic. I liked that the gym isn't cluttered with equipment, has plenty of barbell rigs, and has bold red carpet running down the middle. Not I started with the Open Gym membership and enjoyed getting to know the gym at my own pace, following a basic beginner program from the classic "Starting Strength" book. That was fine, but I was getting bored and decided to make the most of the gym and got Kenrick as my personal trainer. It was a good decision -- Kenrick understood my goals and interests and created a better training plan that gave me better outcomes and kept me interested and committed. Since then, Kenrick has been patient and flexible with me as my interests changed and commitment waivered. I am happy to have this gym and its quality staff in my neighborhood and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Shout out to the trainer I had here, Roko. Did partner training sessions with him for a month and he’s very knowledgeable. The facility, Transform 180, is pretty good too. It has a big variety of workouts you can do.Roko always encouraged me and my girlfriend, and he pushed us to get results without making us feel uncomfortable. I could already see a difference in just a month thanks to his training. He's also happy to give you advice on other things like workouts at home or questions you about your diet.Super friendly guy, and I always looked forward to our training sessions. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a gym trainer.

I’ve been training with Kenrick Yuen for the last 5 months and I have nothing but positive experiences! I’ve had a back surgery and was in a bad shape. Starting from correct streching techniques to proper lifting forms, Kenrick has been coaching me in every part of my fitness plan. He is very knowledgable in fitness, kinesiology, and nutrition, and I am always learning in our sessions.Whatever your goals are, Kenrick shows that he really cares with his actions. He listens, coaches, and motivates. I highly recommend choosing Kenrick as your trainer (but not too many of you because I need more sessions)

I've been training with Tatyana for the past 4 months and she has been outstanding, I'm very happy to have her as my personal trainer. She makes me look forward to weight lifting (crazy, I know!) by making weight training less intimidating. Tatyana's knowledge, positive attitude and the progress I've observed within the last few months have motivated me to not give up when in the past I've given up within weeks of starting. I'm really happy with how Tatyana has listened to my needs while simultaneously increasing the difficulty of my workouts to help me achieve my fitness goals. I’ve been training with Kenrick for the past 6 months and I can say that I’ve made so much progress with not just my strength but with my physique as well. Kenrick is a fantastic trainer who is knowledgeable and is fully focused on his clients. He spends time outside of the training sessions to do research and create custom programs based on the clients’ needs which I really appreciate.

I have been training for 6 months losing fat and gaining muscle they have all the equipments and space you need .Training with Tatyana has been a pleasure, with significant progress in both muscle building and also functionally being able to do a lot of stuff I was not able to do before, her approach with more hands on mobility exercises stretches strengthening drills along with weights is so much better than just doing weights all the time it gives an overall development. Highly recommend her if you want to enjoy working out and want to build an ability to be able to physically achieve so much with your body testing its limits!Looking forward to reaching more goals!
