I have trained with Alex over the past three months and have noticed a real improvement to my posture and muscle tone. He is a student of fitness and so the workout that he assigns each session is tailor-made to the requirement of his client. For me, I needed the basics, not having worked out in a gym in 30 years (although I'm reasonably fit from running). So he activated my core and upper body muscles slowly and purposefully being very precise about the the movements ensuring maximum impact while minimizing the chance of injury. His attention to detail pays off if you follow his instructions! Such a nice person too! Thanks Alex!!

The gym has great equipments and trainers. I’ve had personal training sessions with Roko for over a month now and have seen great progress. He takes time to understand my goals, is very knowledgeable and does a great job of pushing me to my limits in every workout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to achieve their fitness goals.

I’ve trained at Transform 180 with Emma for about a year. The gym is always clean and there is plenty of room to comfortably do the workouts. Emma has been really great. I started from zero and Emma has really pushed me in the right way and the progress I’ve made is incredible. She’s pays close attention to form and makes corrections to ensure you don’t injure yourself (an issue I’ve had working out elsewhere). Emma is also upbeat and positive which makes getting to the morning sessions much easier :)!

My experience at Transform SLU has been very positive. The progress I’ve made is visible and I feel stronger than before. Max is extremely personable and knowledgeable about technique and form. He has encouraged me to push my limits as a beginner. He made me comfortable around gym equipment I had no prior experience with. The sessions were modified based on how I felt on a particular day which was helpful.

I have been training at this gym for 5 months. This gym has is clean and well-equipped. My trainer Karo is awesome. She is friendly, professional and knows exactly when to push me to my limits. Even after my sessions, she checks in on my diet, my body feelings to make sure we’re making progress. Together I’ve made great improvement on losing body fat, improving strength, endurance and flexibility. Highly recommend this place and special appreciation for Karo!

I've been training at Transform 180 with Emma for a year now. While it is generally hard for me to motivate myself to work out, Emma has managed to change my approach to fitness and taught me many valuable lessons to improve technique and prevent potential injuries. Beyond helping me reach my training goals I've also very much enjoyed Emma's company during each session - ultimately I'm looking forward to each session we have!Overall great gym, friendly staff and trainers and overall good support!

I’ve been going to Transform SLU for about 6 months and my experience has been really positive! I feel stronger and more confident about going to the gym/using new kinds of gym equipment. Emma is extremely personable and knowledgeable about technique and form. As someone new to weight lifting, Emma has taught me a lot about form and regularly encourages me to push my limits. I also appreciate how flexible Emma is with modifying sessions based on how I feel. Overall, I highly recommend Emma & Transform 180!

Excellent experience so far with the personal training sessions. I was seeing results after just 4 sessions. The sessions are very well tailored to your goals in a way that pushes you but also won’t leave you dying for the next few days. Michael was my trainer and he is really good at what he does, couldn’t recommend him enough. I use this as my personal gym as well and they have everything you need. It’s never too crowded and everyone makes sure to wipe down equipment when they are done.
