Awesome gym for anyone in the Watertown / Cambridge / Belmont area and beyond. Nice mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced people doing well-structured 1hr workouts. Great space that never feels too tight even with lots of people; and if you’re the only one in class they’ll still do it 1v1. Easy to book at short notice via Wodify app — 7 slots per weekday (morning, noon, afternoon) — worked super well with my shifting schedule. Saturday partner workouts also offer something different. The $200+ monthly fee felt expensive when I signed up, but when you realize it’s like having a personal trainer 15-20 a month, it’s totally worth it!

I moved away to Framingham a few years back, but I absolutely loved CrossFit Arsenal when I went there! Jason was an unbelievable coach and owner- so thorough, so helpful, and super fun! My favorite time of the day was going for a workout. Great atmosphere, great community, and great fitness!!

CrossFit Arsenal was something I stumbled upon while searching for a new place to switch up my fitness routine. I’m so glad that I found them. It’s always a little nerve wracking walking into a new place but everyone there made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Jason and Seth are supportive and knowledgeable coaches who push you to be better while also providing any scaling you need. They always make sure I have movements down and that I’m challenging myself (no matter what that looks like). They meet everyone where they are and after a month, I am already noticing myself getting stronger. I look forward to my workouts and it’s one of my favorite places to be. I would recommend them to anyone!

If you’re a parent juggling between family and work life, like me, don’t forget to invest in yourself too. I went from couch to CrossFit Arsenal about two weeks ago and already know it’s the best decision I’ve made in a while. The coaches demonstrate movements at the beginning of class then proactively provide guidance during the workout of the day. The members are down-to-earth, kind people. I am excited about losing weight, taking time for myself, building the strength/energy to keep up with my boys, and reclaiming long term health here.TLDR: Highly recommend the CrossFit Arsenal for its well-curated full body workouts and great coaches/community!

I love coming here! I came to drop 10lbs to fit in my wedding dress to zip. I did that and i stayed for the community. The music is great the workouts are tough. Emily, Seth and Jason are great coaches that really watch and to the best of their ability make sure you don’t get hurt. I still manage to walk into walls …I really like how they push you even though i find it rude that Jason told me i had to actually bend my elbows to do a push up
