So thankful for the personal training referral to Jason a few months ago. He’s helped me meet my initial goal (deadlift my 75lb goldendoodle) even though I whine about at least half of the exercises EVERY session. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and a GREAT person to have in your fitness journey.Looking forward to more ninja training !

I've been going to this gym for a little over two years, and can honestly say that it is one of the most positive and grounding communities I've been a part of.A few things have consistently stood out to me since joining:1.) Body and gender inclusivity: This gym has a wide range body shape, size, and composition diversity. Every person that uses this gym truly has some difference in skill, and there is a high percentage of female, queer, and POC.2.) Expert coaches: Each coach at this gym has a solid understanding of how each movement works, why we do it, and how to modify it to meet any athlete where they are at. They know how to help each athlete move with great technique and get stronger. Seth is the hottest.3.) Solid community building: Everyone at this gym is very positive, and we love watching each other succeed. I know I have formed some great friendships, and there is a strong sense of comradery among each athlete.

Prior to my first class four months ago, I was quite intimidated by the world of Crossfit, but the coaches and the community here have been nothing but welcoming and supportive. I initially joined thinking that I'd only do the 6-week challenge as a kickstart to my fitness journey, but by the third week? I was hooked and knew I'd be in it for the long haul! In general, some workouts leave me feeling amazing, while others have me (almost) throwing up mid-workout. But either way, I love the sense of accomplishment I feel every morning, especially knowing that I gave it my all for that one hour! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to get mentally and physically healthier. :)

When I came to gym, I was very skeptical if I could do this. From Day 1, all the coaches in there helped me and guided me towards achieving my goal. Special mention to Jason, who was an amazing mentor. He guided me through out and I want to shoutout a million thanks to him. Thank you Jason for your patience and hardwork. It’s not just the coaches, but every single person in that gym gave me motivation to go on, they supported me in the challenges, helped me when I needed it the most. I couldn’t continue here due to some personal reasons. I love this place and one day will come back here. Thank you everyone at CrossFit Arsenal.

I have been doing Crossfit since about 2012 and here for about a month. I have been to quite a few gyms across the country and am really enjoying my membership here. Jason is really easy to work with, flexible, and down to earth. Coaches are knowledgeable on exercises and WODs providing good direction and warm-ups. The space is very clean and class sizes are relatively low ~14 maxed out. your membership also has some added perks and there are jiu-jitsu and rowing courses I have yet to take, but see a bunch of members when those classes are out. Parking is not bad and there is a park parking lot nearby if there are no spaces right next to the gym. It's literally next door so it's a 30-second walk for those wondering. I would highly recommend checking it out and seeing if the vibe is your cup of tea.

I highly recommend CrossFit Arsenal to anyone looking for CrossFit, Brazilian jiu jitsu, olympic weightlifting, rowing, or other strength training/fitness. The coaches and members are welcoming, encouraging, and fun -- the kind of people you want to be around every day. Coaches are knowledgeable and experienced; they give tailored feedback and challenge you to push yourself and grow. Members range from beginners to elite athletes. There are lots of class times to choose from and lots of open gym hours to work on strength/skills outside of class. I have loved having access to coaching/programming for CrossFit and weightlifting in one place (also tried out BJJ for the first time and highly recommend) -- definitely very unique to have experienced coaches for so many sports under one roof. Easily my favorite part about living in Watertown/Boston area!

Arsenal is one of the most welcoming and supportive CrossFit gyms I’ve had the pleasure of working out in! Jason and his team of coaches are top notch and every workout is thoughtfully planned out for athletes of all levels. I’ve never walked away from a workout unsatisfied or feeling like I didn’t do enough that day!
