The programming is challenging for a veteran athlete, while also being highly customizable for all fitness levels and all walks of life. What sets this gym aside from other gyms is the authenticity of the down-to-earth coaches and members. It’s hard to beat the value of this place, with classes and open gym 7 days a week (even on holidays)!

I was never really into working out regularly, but the coaches at CFArsenal are seriously awesome. They've made it so much easier for me to stick with it. I started back in April and I'm still going strong. What's cool is that there are all kinds of people with different athletic levels, so as a newbie, it was great to find folks I could relate to. And unlike other gyms, I actually connected with others and made some friendships.

Joining a CrossFit gym in my late 40s as a self-described couch potato was incredibly intimidating. Convincing myself to commit to it for a "few weeks" to see how I liked it was equally daunting. However, 7 years later, I can honestly say that joining CrossFit Arsenal has literally been one of the best decisions of my life. The encouragement of the other members has been consistent, genuine, and motivational beyond words. Many of them have become my friends, and the community aspect of the facility is second to none. The coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable, and positive. They maintain a constant focus on each individual athlete's form during the classes and their overall goals outside of the class environment. I can't say enough about the people and the facility here. It is a program for all ages and abilities.Whether you're a couch potato or a seasoned athlete (or anywhere in between), if you live or work in the area and are looking to make some changes in your health habits, I strongly suggest you do your future self a favor give them a call or drop by to try them out.
