To bring a friend for a single session costs $10 - a 2 week membership only costs $12.The facilities are great if you only care about barbells and treadmills, otherwise it's sparse. Luckily all I use are barbells and treadmills. My advice to gymit - let people who pay for a premium membership bring someone in at any time they want - at least once a week. Remove the stupid friday and saturday restriction. You'd get more people to sign up. If that happens you'd get an easy 5* rating, but charging $10 per visit for bringing my friends in is aggregious and really dissuades me from recommending this gym.

Living in Waltham, this is one of the only gyms in the area that is affordable and good for serious lifting. There are a good number of squat racks and free weights and at least one machine per muscle. As well as a bunch of cardio machines. The staff is all very friendly and do a good job making sure the place is clean and the equipment is functioning properly. Locker rooms are always looking good. The gym does often get crowded. Sometimes there is a line to get in and very often it is hard to find parking. But that's what happens when you have a good gym for not too much money.Overall good place to be, just wish there was more parking.

Pretty good gym at pretty good prices. Has decent equipment, is relatively clean, and the staff is really friendly. Can get a little crowded at peak times, but it is not too bad.

I wish they fixed broken machines and enforced the mask rule for EVERYONE.It gets a bit crowded at times but it is generally clean

Very clean. Gym follows local laws during COVID. All you need for weight lifting plus cardio machines. Clean facilities too.

Love GymIt Watertown. Place is super clean, lots of equipment to satisfy my training session and staffs are so knowledgeable and friendly. I have to drive a bit but I like the one in Watertown way better than the one in Brookline (just personal preference)

Amazing place. Bigger than the Brooklyn GymIt. Kind staff.

Anyone who helped during the pandemic, while the gym was CLOSED, had their rates raised right back without warning, explanation, or gratitude. When I wanted to cancel, with a lengthy reason why, I received no reply to my concerns. I am very unpleasantly surprised. It was okay when I graciously helped, but not even a reply to my email is just not okay.

The best value gym. Plenty of strength equipment, daily cleaning and several high risk hour slots weekly. Friendly staff, and good COVID practices. Almost everyone properly wears a mask
