4.5/5Pros:-For $25-30/month, you really can't beat it.-Tons of cardio equipment (treadmills, elliptical, bikes)-Decent sized turf training area-Lots of weightlifting machines and various free weight equipment (2 squat racks/deadlift platform combos, 2 adjustable benches, 1 decline bench, 2 flat benches, 2 smith machines, and a bunch of flat/incline benches for dumbbells).-Pretty clean.-The crowd is mostly friendly and while it is crowded at the surge times (4-7pm), it isn't unmanageable most days.-It isn't a "Planet Fitness" style gym or crowd. There are some serious lifters here, but there's also plenty of people who stick to the cardio and classes, and the gym accommodates for both types of crowds.Cons:-Need more squat/power racks, as these are incredibly versatile and in high demand.-It can be challenging to find the appropriate weights. There should be a few more of each type of plate (2.5, 5, 10, 25, 45) to accommodate for this. Plates seem to go missing in odd places.

once a great location, this gym has gotten pretty bad in the last year or so. got rid of a ton of equipment, and replaced it with a lot of nonsense. used to see employees cleaning/ maintaining machines regularly, and now everything just seems slimy and worn out. once stumbled upon an employee masturbating in the locker room, said he "accidentally" left the stall door unlocked, which explains nothing and really sums up the whole gym for me. they may act like they are the "people's gym" but it's just business as usual with predatory and hidden fees. that's the kind of review you get when you rip people off, g'day mate.

My favorite new place! I've belonged to many gyms over the years due to moving. This is by far the best! Lots of foam rollers and a large dedicated stretching area (gyms never have a well planned out area for this! So refreshing!) They have great classes with amazing trainers. I take the boxing classes as well as 'bootcamp' classes. Every class always kicks my ass. Equipment is in excellent condition and they have a great range- the regular stuff plus a prowler,TX sets, lots of kettlebells, and warrior rope!!! I love it!!

Great facility with only minor issues but still worth 5 stars. This is a fairly large gym and in general I don't find myself waiting for machines, bench or floor space. They have a turf area complete with sleds, battle ropes, trx ropes, medicine balls and more for those who want to try some different forms of working out. They also offer a boxing based workout class but having never participated I can't speak to it. The other training sessions they offer are solid though and my trainer Anthony has been a pleasure to work with. The only complaints I have are parking is a bit annoying at times (although they give you a pass to park in some nearby lots), there aren't enough squat racks (should be 3 not 2), and no true Preacher curl station. These don't take away from what is otherwise a great gym.

the staff is rude and unprofessional, they are probably only trained in harassing people who try to cancel. not the atmosphere you want when trying to achieve goals.

Nothing to complain. The place is always clean, everything looks new, machines all work as intended. The staff always seem nice.

My checking account was hacked last year. I closed the account and I forgot to notify them. They kept on charging my closed account and never emailed me nor tried to call me. When I went back to re up myself, they notified me of this and I owed over $ 200. They refuse to work with me and I will never go back. They should of made more of an effort to notify me.

When I joined GymIt I was super excited about the boxing classes. As I'm a member of BSC I only joined GymIt because of the Everybody Fight boxing classes. The first 6 weeks was amazing. We had George Foreman teaching on Thursdays morning, Eliza teaching on Mondays morning and the schedule seemed to be pretty good. However, right before the flooding they changed the schedule eliminating EBG Bags and Beats, which was SUPER fun and both the instructors mentioned above no longer work there. I feel bad with what happened, but there should've been a better communication for letting customers know of what happened. I never received an email, instead I had to go to facebook for updates. What about those people that don't use facebook? Seemed a bit annoying having to go the facebook just to look for updates. After announcing they would be able to open boxing classes only Friday after the opening, I planned to go to the 6am as I always do. Called Thursday around 5pm and was told that classes were going to be run as usual. Woke up 4:30am for my 6am class, and when I showed up there they said it was actually not ready. Seriously? What's wrong with the lack of communication of GymIt? I rarely use facebook and don't want to be checking every day for an update. I signed up for that class and should've, at least, received an email stating there wasn't going to be a class. Seriously, how difficult is it to check who signed up for the class, shoot them an email saying there's not going to be a class?I've never used the equipments, shower, or other areas of the gym. I only go for boxing and I really enjoy my time there. Nice instructors. I simply LOVE Todd Paris's class. He's skilled and an amazing instructor. Omar is really good, although his classes could be more fun. It's too serious sometimes, and can be somewhat boring compared to Todd, Eliza, George and Andy. Andy is fun and knows what he's doing.3 stars because they should bring back bags and beats and improve their way of communication.
