I join this gym as it’s close to my home after my co-worker recommended it, when I joined they sent email for free session with trainer I thought why not give it a try so I did and When I met him he basically asked me all questions on my health and all and spent probably 5-10 minute on exercise, he was just pushing me to sign up with trainer rather then showing me exercise, so new members if you think you will get free 1 hour session with trainer that’s wrong, you will just spend half or so in talking and 5-10 mine exercise! I had to cancel my membership as I was wasting my $30 per month, anyone wanting to cancel membership thinking at the end of the month you will tell them and it will be done No they make you go to gym for cancellations, I called and they asked me to go there just to cancel and second the date you cancel they still charge you another month for canceling so you still have to pay another month of fee, I think that’s just taking extra money or people even though they can’t come for exercise that is just wrong!!

I have been a member for 2 years. Great that they are open 24 hours Monday thru Thursday. Place is above average clean. Can't comment on the private sessions with a trainer but the classes are ok. Hardly ever have to wait for a piece of equipment.

Signing up at Gym It is a fine process but they don’t all tell you the same things and give you the same information. For example, my boyfriend and I signed up at different times the people who signed us up neither talked about the cancellation policy, and only the person who signed me up mentioned a parking pass. Which means that all of the times my boyfriend went before me he could’ve got towed. The cancellation policy is ridiculous; you have to let them know a month in advance, and only exceptions are if you’re moving. I went to a training session and he showed me 3 excercises and pushed signing up with a trainer and they lock you into that for 3 months. The people may be friendly but their policies are ridiculous and their people don’t give consistent information.Update: 1 month later and they charged me for another month and did not completely cancel my membership, and still had me listed as an active member after I went through the whole process of going there to cancel! I’m extremely dissatisfied!!!

Everything looks fine in the beginning, but when I ask for cancellation in the early Aug, they insist to charge me one more month for the whole September for the so called policy. The staff's attitude is really not friendly. I am so disappointed at that moment because I had already told them I wouldn't be MA at the end of Aug and would go back to my school in NJ but nothing worked. Really really bad service:((PS: The problem is finally solved immediately after I contacted to their manager. I modified my rate from one star to four stars. I had a nice summer there so I don't wanna be too mean on that case especially it had a satisfying result.

This gym used to be the best gym around when it was superfitness. For whatever reason they removed all the useful machines and free weights and replaced it with awful equipment. I've never needed a trainer but the trainers here are awful. They hire random ppl who can't even lift to train ppl in classes. It's so bad. Everything is dirty, the parking is awful. Like I said the gym is ruined. Go elsewhere.

This place sucks for those that don't live or work in the immediate area. First off, the parking situation is abysmal as there are not nearly enough spots to fill the gym to even half capacity. Second, I was told at signing that I would have to cancel my subscription the month before and I would be paid one additional month. That's fine. What isn't fine is that when I went to do it (4/24, expecting to pay through May), they charged me a "annual maintenance fee" that was never discussed for $50. I asked for the manager and asked why it wouldn't be waived if I was only apart of the gym 2 months, he told me to screw off and read the fine print next time. INCREDIBLY smug general manager that I could almost see it oozing out his ears.Lastly, tried to meet with the nutrition counselor service they offered at the start of my subscription, the guy missed my appointment! Never bothered with rescheduling.tl;dr: This place will screw you with fine print, belonged for 2 months and paid for 5 and was told by management 'lul thnx'.

The gym is good for a basic gym, the turn off for me is the customer service. I also read another review about the free hour session with a trainer and unfortunately experienced the same thing. I had signed up for the free session hoping to get more information about the type of work outs that would help me achieve my physical goals and learn more about the machines. However, we only went through two or three exercises and the rest of the time the trainer spent trying to convince me to sign up for personal training. When i told him i wanted to think on it, he told me that i could spend a few minutes in his 'office' to think it over and then he would be back to sign me up. Talk about pressure! I declined his offer and went home. I also had an issue with payment for a class i signed up for as well. I was charged the cost for the class before the class even had enough members to start up! Each week, i recieved emails regarding additional postponment of the class' start date because there were still not enough members to start. After a month of having paid for a service i had not recieved, i asked for my money back and had to fight for it! Very unsatisfied with the customer service. I am still a member of gymit because of the low cost, but i feel the gym is better suited for people who do not need tips or guidance on workouts or equipment.

When I was trying to choose a gym initially I was stuck between this one and a couple others. I ultimately chose this one because after visiting I found out they had Wi-Fi, it didn't seem too busy even though I was there after work, they offer a wide variety of machines, and the price was reasonable. Signing up with quick and easy and their app simplifies things-you use it to sign in and you get emails and texts about payments, closings for snow, and offers. Everyone who works there has been wonderful and the session you get with a personal trainer for signing up was helpful for me and figuring out my weekly routine. I don't think anyone would consider me a gym nut; I like the atmosphere and the crowd there. It has never felt judgemental and I always feel taken care of. I have seen complaints about it being dirty, but I would disagree with that. Even the locker room is really clean. I've been there about 2 months now and I think it's fantastic so far. Would definitely recommend.

Been a regular member of this Gym since September 2017! Absolutely love the staff and instructors and the non-pretentious attendance. The gym is always comfortably busy, making it easy to blend in but not have to share air ;)..the locker rooms and showers are a bit bare, but honestly they are fabulous value for money! Will be a member for a long time
